   First time to Tao and we loved it! The vibe is really fun, and the food and drinks were delicious. We had great service and couldn’t have had a better dinner. The banana pudding was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. We’ll definitely go back!

   Spectacular meal. Wife and daughter with Celiacs Dz. No issues at all. Superb staff reccs. GREAT food. Really fun restaurant.

   Best spot in Chicago, simple as that. Service is top notch, food is delicious. Portions are for the most part shareable for 2, and the decor is the nicest you can possibly get. I don’t come to Chicago without going to Tao.

   The hostage has an extraordinarily service attitude, outstanding attitude of all the personnel involved. Food recommendations were so tasty, meals and desserts are fabulously presented. We’ll definitely be back soon.

   Unfortunately, we must’ve gone this restaurant on a bad night. We came in place our orders and received our appetizers and soup quite fast. Then we proceeded to wait over an hour without any drinks waiting for entrées to arrive. Once the waiter finally did come by we asked for drinks and he said he would check on our order. At that time, our appetizers and soup came out again. We told him this was not correct and they said they’d quickly get out an entrée. Once again, we waited another 30 minutes without any entrée or drinks. At that point I gave up flagged down an additional waiter and asked them just to close me out.  He did, but once they gave me the check, it was for the wrong table. He had to go back to locate the correct check and credit card. My last request was just to please bring me out a tea and water before I left. They said they would get it immediately.  Considering everything I went through I hoped that would be done correctly. Once again, I had to wait and flagged on additional waiter to get a tea and ice tea. On the way out, my wife informed the manager  and there was  minimal proactive response.  Obviously, we will not returned to this restaurant. The service is quite poor, compared to the other restaurants in Hollywood in Las Vegas. Be warned.
