If it wasn't for Rob I would have gone somewhere else he was so friendly and the hardest working bartender I had ever seen! He ran circles around the other staff that stood around in the back! He made my week long stay in Houston enjoyable! Thank you Rob

The staff was friendly, but the food was cold and not tasty at all. Out of the 6 of us only 2 said it was ok, the rest was bad. There was a hair on 1 of the plates which the wait staff apologized & replaced the meal, however it was just not what we expected for hotel restaurant.

Almost turned around and left when we got there. Is this place a bar or a bistro? When the TV at the bar is showing a cooking show and there is only one person in the place alarm bells should be sounding. I had a grilled chicken carbonara at the recommendation of our waitress. My wife had the salmon pappardelle and we had a side of bread. Lets start with the "bread." The bread was a store bought dry pita cut into 4ths. The salmon pappardelle had a hand full of tomato niblets. I would say maybe 10 pieces the size of a kernel of corn. The pasta and ginger cream sauce had no flavor. The salmon was good and cooked correctly. The chicken was well seasoned but hardly there. It was maybe 1/2 of a thinly pounded out breast that I would not consider the freshest on the planet. The carbonara was ok, but the cream sauce also didn't impress. It was like water and I never got the pancetta or parmesan flavors. My wife gave it 2 stars, i gave it 2.5. The bar was 1/2 the room, and for the entire time we sat in the place it had a total of 3 people at the bar, plus our table of two. There was no need for reservations, and there is no way this place can stay in business with this level of patronage. A real letdown from the District 7 family.

Both the food and service here were lackluster. Noise level was very high making business discussion impossible.

This restaurant does not recognize when reservations are actually made. Luckily we came at a down time, but the place was a mess. Almost every table was dirty and had used plates still sitting on them. The waitress cleaned one off for us and the manager just sat there the entire time, not helping. The restaurant is attached to a hotel. I would not recommend it.

This is a small hotel restaurant, nothing special. There wasn't anyone at the hostess stand / it was seat yourself. So why make a reservation? Ok food, slow service. They featured bloody Mary's but some delivery had not been made and they couldn't make them. Won't be back.

This place was a mistake for business lunch. Menus with grease stains. Slow service and we were the second people there on a Tuesday. Salmon was okay but mash potatoes were lumpy and not edible and huge broccoli crowns were burned. This is more of a hamburger and fries place. Client asked for bread or rolls with her chicken salad and waiter said they didn't have anything. He finally said he could make some white bread toast that arrived half-way through our meal. Construction workers with hard hats sitting on the their table only added t the overall ambiance.
