   Missed the mark across the board. Service wasn’t great, food was subpar, drinks were really bad. The best part is the field for the kids to run around at.

   We ate outside with the fans which was nice. However the music for that time of the day was too loud and needed to be lower so we could talk easier with our friends. Food was good but waitress cut into our conversation rudely about specials, etc…

   Never go back. Were told when we arrived that happy hour did not apply inside. No outside tables. Food was not good. Sandwich was soggy and way to greasy. Service was ok but not good.

   Our waiter must have been having an off night. The restaurant had about 4 tables seated inside, but our service was We had a table of 5, and 4 of the dinners came out. He stopped by after about 5 minutes to ask how our food was, never noticing that my dinner had not arrived. When I asked him about it, he looked surprised, but clearly there was no food in front of me. He said he'd check with the kitchen and a few minutes later came back to ask me what I had ordered. Another 10 minutes or so later, my dinner arrived, but at that point, most of the table had finished (I told them all to go ahead as there was no reason for them to eat a cold dinner on my behalf). At that time, 2 of us asked for another glass of wine, and 1 asked for another mixed drink. That took another 10-15 minutes. As a courtesy the restaurant removed my entree from the ticket. I appreciated that, so good on the management! We finished our meal and a few asked for desert, and he came back with 2 menus for a table of 5. After more than 10 minutes, I had to go the the hostess desk and ask to find our waiter so we could order desert. The waiter came back to explain that his manager let him know we complained about the service, and he had over 20 years experience and always provided excellent customer service. He gave us the "customer is always right" statement but was clearly annoyed we had the audacity to complain about him. We finally ordered desert and 1 of us ordered coffee, and it seems there was another level of confusion once they were delivered. 1 desert was missing the toppings that are clearly stated on the menu. To be fair, my fiancé and I did ask to have just powered sugar, and not the other toppings, which may have caused some confusion. The coffee never showed up. We also had a change of waiter. I don't ever hold wait staff responsible for kitchen issues. But the attitude and poor performance was just unacceptable.

    Not great. We waited an hour for food and it really wasn't worth the wait, sloppy presentation etc...... Service was spotty at best. They seem to have enough staff so who knows what was going on. I had to find a waitress to get some water. Probably won't go back.
