Offering sweeping views of the river and downtown Louisville paired with a supper club-style menu and cocktail program, Swizzle, a new restaurant and bar by AJS Hotels is currently taking reservations

The Swizzle Supper Club menu will feature the area’s best prime steaks, chops, sustainable seafood, and local produce, all served up from the open-concept exhibition kitchen situated in the middle of the restaurant, allowing diners to watch the culinary action. The beverage program will take a more retro tone, with classic cocktails, including seasonal features, and a curated list of wines available by the glass or the bottle. Swizzles Big Bar area will also offer happy hour specials and bar bites, encouraging diners to drop by for a quick drink, or linger for the evening.

    Everything was great not fan of prime rib, or chicken. Salmon amazing and mashed potatoes . Was on middle of doing gifts for BFF bday server interrupted or comvo and her opening to ask about checks. We were going to order another round but said hey forget it now. But other than amazing experience.

    A very nice Thanksgiving experience. Food and service were exceptional. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the downtown area.

    Love the atmosphere. Very nice. Very clean. Upscale. Food was okay. There were two items i had that i did not like. The broccolini and the herbed rice. Salmon, duck fat potatoes were fine

    Attending a conference, took out new management The vibe was a great new update! Completely changed! Very busy night, service was great and efficient. atmosphere warm cozy fun! Food very good. Our server was very nice on time but needed a little more comfort in guiding a group around the menu items May have been new, didn't seem to know about Wines, etc which were a great selection and the ordering on when ordering large sides for a small group especially on sharable sides could be helpful to advise. I usually never order choc cake out especially at a new place because most are usually over the top buy yet dry, not this one, this was over the top and perfect!!! Great evening and will def return!!’ Great job!!!

    Poor service. Took over 30 minutes to get drinks from bar. One hour and 45 minutes for 2 salads and baked potatoes. Wouldn’t go back

    What a WOW view from one of the rotating dining rooms! We thoroughly enjoyed splurging for our anniversary dinner at Swizzle. The calamari appetizer was excellent, as was the wedge salad which they kindly split for us. And basket of warm bread - yum! My husband now lists their Tomahawk Pork Chop in his top ten - super tender, perfectly cooked. I had the scallops - also perfectly cooked with the grits, peas, and fried onions accompaniments - wonderful. Considering it was a super busy night at the restaurant, we felt very well taken care of by the wait staff. Also, if you aren't staying at the hotel or Ubering, use the restaurant valet for $10.00. A great deal for parking, and our car was waiting for us at the curb when we were done with dinner.
