Swift & Sons is an American Steakhouse brought to you by Boka Restaurant Group. The stunning multi-room space was designed by the world-renowned design firm AvroKO and is located in the heart of the Fulton Market District — the birthplace of Chicago meatpacking. Executive Chef Chris Pandel's menu is based in traditional ideas and elevated with a modern approach that makes it unique in the Chicago steakhouse landscape.     Head to Swift & Sons for Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 20th. Chef Chris Pandel's brunch menu will be served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The meal will start with a basket of freshly baked goods. Followed by brunch served Family Style includes choices of Corn Flake French Toast, Lobster Pierogi, Swift Steak & Eggs, Smoked Whitefish Dip, Croissant Benedict and Avocado Toast. Every table will also receive bacon, paprika fried potatoes, homemade biscuits, and a parfait of fresh berries and yogurt. The Easter Brunch served Family Style is $95 for adults (includes a choice of Bloody Mary or Mimosa for those over 21 years of age), and coffee, tea and soda. Additional beverages menu available at table. $20 for kids 4-12, children 4 and under eat free. Pricing does not include tax or gratuity.

    We will be hosting Martin Woods Winery on the evening of Wednesday, April 23rd at 6:30 p.m. in our Wellington Room. Martin Woods is hidden in the oak-forested Coast Range foothills near the town of McMinnville, a neighborhood advantageously influenced by cool Pacific ocean air. The winery is also the home of owner/winemaker, Evan Martin. Martin Woods wine promotes the notions of graceful power and elegant complexity — a beautifully balanced tension of opposites that can only result from the combination of great terroir, observant farming, and meticulous, patient winemaking. Evan continues to push the boundaries of what Willamette Valley Chardonnay and Pinot Noir can and should be, while simultaneously exploring limited productions of Syrah, Riesling and other varietals, each project inspired and informed by the truly benchmark wines of the Old World.     The ambience and service was perfect, the food was a different story. The tartar was good but the steaks were not worth the money. I had the 50-day dry aged ribeye and the marbling was not great, parts of the steak were charred (not like a good steak crust, just charred), and was a tad underseasoned. Was just a little disappointed especially at that price point. I will say that it's absolutely beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Would go back for vibes, just not the steak.

    Excellent experience. The cocktails were fantastic (Penicillin and their version of a Manhattan). Enjoyed the Cesar salad, the filet, and NY strip all of which was delicious and perfectly cooked. Service was fantastic - timely without being pushy or overbearing.

    We celebrated our 22nd anniversary. Everyone seem to be expecting us from the host, manager to the waiters. We had our best experience here. Food is delicious, drinks too. 100 points!!

    The Steak was absolutely perfect. Delishhh. The sides and salad I wasn’t impressed. The beets salad was a bit bland needed dressing or was lacking something. The baked potato was good but a little too much cheese in the potato for my taste. The spinach was prob my favorite side. The mushrooms were a little greasy. The wagyu tartar was also amazing. Would recommend.

    French onion soup is incredible. Everything else was okay. The short rib almost tasted like bbq and was a ton of fat and inedible. My wife’s salmon was okay as well. Shocking for a place like this.

    Food and service were both equally amazing and the wagyu tartare is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Definitely go here for a big event or just a night out!
