   New Years Eve dinner. Restaurant very busy as usual. Food arrived after 30-minute wait. My wife ordered the chicken tostada and loved the entree salad. I had a combo BBQ plate that was delicious. Brisket was outstanding. For dessert we shared a mud pie. Wonderful meal, Angie was our excellent server. Sweet T's never a disappointment.

   The loaded Mac and cheese was amazing as well as the halibut my husband had. Both dishes were delicious, and service was great!

   Sweet T’s has long been a favorite of ours, and we've supported both the old and new locations for years. Unfortunately, our recent experience left us disappointed. I’m sharing this not to criticize but to provide constructive feedback—it’s important to have up-to-date insights when considering a high-end dinner. Our server, Anthony, was fantastic—attentive, welcoming, and clearly passionate about his work. However, the food and timing didn’t meet expectations. The brisket was overly fatty, lukewarm, and lacked flavor, arriving over an hour after we were seated. The veggie side was cold, wilted, and unappetizing, reminiscent of a cafeteria plate. Similarly, the chicken and waffle dish was cold in the middle and lacked the crispy, flavorful touch we associate with T’s—more like grocery store takeout than signature cuisine. At nearly $80 for two entrées, the price wasn’t the issue—this is Healdsburg dining, after all—but the quality and long wait made it sting. The restaurant wasn’t busy (about 30% occupied), so the delays and lack of care in preparation were especially surprising. T’s built its reputation on quality and consistency. A renewed focus on the basics—better ingredient quality, improved preparation, and timely service—could go a long way. I’d even suggest management or a proxy visit anonymously to evaluate the guest experience and gather actionable feedback. Operationalizing those insights could help restore the standards we’ve come to expect from T’s. Perhaps this was just an off day, but it was a disappointing visit nonetheless. We’ll give it another try in the future, but for now, caveat emptor!

   Still one of our favorite places but at least one disappointment this time. Feeling like a salad this time after Christmas. Really disappointed with the Chicken Tostada. Really didn’t like it. The tostada sat on top of a salad with tasteless cold chicken beans and the other toppings. Never again and can’t recommend. The others at the table were all happy with their various barbecue selections. Absolutely should have joined them. Place was busy and a little noisy the day after Christmas.

   Great food, however their wine prices are ridiculous. Bring you own bottle and get stuck with paying their $25 corkage fee. Better than paying their wine prices for mediocre wines. Sad when they try to make money off of their wine.

    Greg was a server and was very nice and attentive. Would check in on us to make sure everything was good. Food is always amazing here. Garret at the bar as well as Blair working. What a great duo and they make such great cocktails. We enjoyed ours at the table. An extra two thumbs up also goes to Jocelyn, who recognizes us although she did not have our table
