For a limited number of evenings from December 4th - 7th and 11th - 14th, we will be offering an unmatched experience. Each evening we will have one reservation available for a single party of 2 to 4 guests for pre-order only. This reservation will include a set menu crafted specifically for this event and wine pairings to complement each aspect of the meal. You and your guest will have our wine director and chef take you through each aspect of this experience, bringing you on a journey you will not forget. -Unfortunately, no dietary restrictions or accommodations. Also, please note this event is at our chef's table by the wine room, it is a counter height table.

Hands down BEST MEAL we have ever had! Oysters with the pineapple vinaigrette, Serrano, and curd were AMAZING! French onion lasagna appetizer was one of the best tasting appetizers- delicious caramelized onions. Colorado Rack of Lamb entree cooked to perfection! Tender and so full of flavor! We have traveled to some 5 star destinations and have visited 5 star restaurants and this was hands down the best food and dining experiences we have ever had!

The food was spectacular per usual!! The entire staff was extremely accommodating! We were a challenging crew with several families with kiddos and they made us feel completely welcome! Special thanks to Meg, Kaley, and our other amazing waitress but I can’t remember her name! 🙈

Food was expensive & honestly not worth it. Sweet Basil has been on our Vail restaurant list year after year for many years. I think we all agree it’s no longer a must in Vail. We are accustomed to expensive entrees but $85 for two lamb chops is criminal. The rest of the entrees and drinks were just adequate.

For this price point one would expect flavorful rack of lamb that was subpar. The staff and restaurant are amazing. The ambiance was fantastic. Food was mediocre.

Overall...we were disappointed. The whipped feta and onion lasagna were both really good with strong and interesting flavors, and the service was lovely. However, the broccoli on my beef and broccoli was too salty to eat, and the beef, while cooked well, was flavorless. My husband's pork chop entree was more than 50% fat. He literally had to go to the bathroom at one point to spit it out. I was really excited to dine at this Michelin star restaurant, but this wasn't the experience we were hoping for.
