   Had an unforgettable birthday dinner at Sushi On Me Omakase in NYC! The energy was incredible—nonstop fun, laughter, and of course, amazing sushi. The sake was flowing, the chefs were entertaining, and the whole experience was just pure vibes. The highlight? Getting my own birthday sparkler, which made the night even more special! Feeling beyond happy (and very full…and maybe a little too much sake). Can’t wait to write a full review later! . .

   This was my first omakase experience and it was such a lively experience. The staff were so attentive, making sure my shot glass was filled at all times. The food was delicious. The staff make it very interactive and present the food in creative ways.

   The vibe of this place is always the incredible. I've been a bunch of times and it's honestly my favorite place to go. This is the only restaurant where it's FUN to eat and drink

   I have been to Sushi on Me several times. It has always been fun-filled and high-energy, usually with couples or small groups celebrating something: the sort of place you go for the food, which is good, but stay for the ambience, which is better. On the most recent visit, a snowy evening caused many cancellations. My companion and I were the only diners. It was a low-key evening by the standards of the place, but what not to like about omakase prepared by a private chef?

   They messed up the number in our party and made shift an extra sit at the corner end of the bar...My friends weren't comfortable sitting squished at the tail end of the bar. I felt bad since I was inviting them. Plating space was also awkward given the lack of space. Sushi quality and variety was poor. The food is premade unlike other omakases where it's made in front of you. It was also very rushed. We only sat for around 50 min. What they lacked in food quality they made up with noise and showmanship, which is why we still left a very generous tip. Wish they acknowledged their mistake and accommodate better when they make a mistake.

   Such a unique experience - amazing food (although not traditional omakase) and and such fun vibes - ambience in the restaurant and the vibes from the chefs are everything. Karaoke mic was also a plus - very fun especially for birthdays and a very reasonable price

   I LOVED this experience. No questions, this is the place!!! Staff are beyond friendly, engaging. The vibes are immaculate and they know how to really make you feel special. Come with an empty belly, ready to have a good time and the rest is history. I can’t wait till the next time I can get back here. Love love Sushi On Me, down! Even this review is not doing it enough justice.
