This is one of my favorite restaurants, not only in Long Beach, but from places I’ve been to around the country. From my experience restaurant is a hybrid of modern traditional sushi and sashimi mixed with a creative and artisan combination of cuisine from the Peruvian culture. The flavors of literally everything is spectacular. Customer service is efficient, staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I would vote it as one of the top 5 restaurants in all of Long Beach.

The fish/seafood is always so fresh and I love the fusion preparations. I have always had a great experience here. Only gripe I have is that the sushi rice in the last few dishes served to us was a little on the harder side…maybe not enough water used to cook the rice? Our server, Wendy, was great, though the kitchen almost forgot about one of our sushi rolls… but our guest was nonetheless impressed.
