   We didn’t love it this time around. Main dishes came out before the appetizer and salad. The cauliflower appetizer was a miss and so was the wedge salad. The filet was excellent and so was side of corn. Not our first time here , so we were disappointed.

   Juan provided great service as usual. We tried out the new Tiramisu for the table which was a hit. Favorite steak on the island.

   Estuvimos en el salón y es bastante acogedor. El servicio en la mesa estuvo estupendo con Juan, muy amable y atento todo el tiempo. La comida estuvo bastante buena. Probamos la Burrata, coctel de camarón, pulpo español y el filete. Sven, el bartender que prepara los cocteles de Ginebra excelente, lo hace paso a paso frente a la mesa. Mi otro coctel recomendado es el Lovebird (hecho con Vodka), me encantó.

   We had a lovely experience. Set the bar low, wasn’t expecting too much from a Hilton hotel restaurant but we were very pleasantly surprised. Food was really good for island hotel, service was amazing. We had Chris and his colleagues and everyone was extremely attentive. The reviewer from Philadelphia was wrong. I would definitely go back again.

   Dinner was rushed and served before we received our drinks. We then sat forever until the hostess came to clean the table and ask about dessert The hostess was more attentive than the server. The quality of the food was subpar. There were multiple corporate managers around the restaurant but not one stopped to ask us how we enjoyed our meal. We are frequent Hilton Aruba guests and have dined in the restaurant many times - this was by far the worst meal and dining experience we’ve had. We will be going back to Ocean Z and BLT. Skip sunset grille for dinner - go to the bar to see the sunset, service is much better there.

   Very nicely remodeled though chairs were uncomfortable and we had a cocktail sized table. Unfortunately it wasn’t a great experience as in the past . The ribeye was very expensive and not tender at all. Sides presented in very small bowls with no serving utensils. Paid a lot to be very disappointed. It used to be one of our favorites.

    Service was exceptional-very attentive to our needs. Food -Presentation beautiful, porterhouse, short ribs, steak fritte done to perfection. The sound of the waterfalls, rustling of the palm trees made for a very calming atmosphere.
