Loved the idea of riding the gondola up and dining at the top of the mountain. Food was pretty good. Not sure the price matched the quality but you pay for the experience and being on top of a mountain is pretty amazing. Had to wait for a private table for 4 twenty minutes past our reservation time as we did not want a "community seating" table. We didn't mind waiting.... Staff was friendly and place was BUSY! Overall it was a great day! Can't beat the view!

Wonderful views from any spot in the restaurant. Relaxing option for family gathering between ski runs. Excellent choices of beer and specialty cocktails. We all enjoyed our meals --Mac and cheese to bison elk chili to Crystal burger and more.

My wife and I decided to go to Crystal Mountain Summit House for a late Christmas lunch. The $20 gondola ride was great for price and view (I expected to pay more). While our bill was pricey on average, we were not surprised considering the location and understandable logistics of running a restaurant on top of a mountain. Service was great and the atmosphere was inviting. Great place. I look forward to my next opportunity to venture there.

Food quality is good and well seasoned. Staff were friendly and the view outside was outstanding. Perhaps it was due to the holiday seaon, the place is extremely crowded, with many patrons just standing around at the entrance and in the restaurant while waiting to be seated, which leaves the dining experience much to be desired. While the staff were trying their best, there is only so much space and so much they can do about it. Reservations are strongly recommended if you do not want to wait for a long.

This is my go to location for special events, out of town guest or any day on the mountain. The staff is great, the food impressive and the view, well nothing like it. I've taken family from different countries and friends who've never been up to the mountain. It's a special experience everyone enjoys.

Despite the overpriced foods in terms of quality vs. price, the restaurant takes reservation and has standing view of the mountains. Another down-side is the each server is responsible to make cocktails for the table. If you are lucky to have a good server who knows how to make an appropriate cocktails, you can enjoy the drinks or waste of money. The other places in Crystal Mountain ski resort are too crowded to find a table during busy weekends. I basically have no choice but to make a reservation to have a lunch efficiently while we are skiing/snowboarding.

Unfortunately the view was obscured due to the fires. We were informed of the poor visibility prior to purchasing our tickets. While we were disappointed with the hazy conditions we were looking forward to dining up at the restaurant.

My wife, baby, and I visited this restaurant for my birthday. The view was to die for. The food and service was exceptional. When we get a chance, we will bring our friends and family here too.

We had a 60th birthday dinner on Friday evening with 8 in our party. The service was really friendly and timely. They had the kids order in advance so they didn't have to wait so long, a nice touch. They did tuck us in next to a support beam that they were working around so one in our party had to scoot forward and back regularly. Kind of a hassle to have to stop eating to move all the time. It was a $250 meal consisting of burgers and sandwiches not including the ride up. I'm happy we went but I don't need to go again.

Amazing view !! Worth it just for that if it is a clear day. Gondola ride to restaurant is extra charge. Food could stand improvement but not the worst I've had.
