   Salmon was too dry to eat. I don't like to send food back; upsets everyone's experience, but did not have to pay, so that was good. We did not particularly like the au gratin potatoes. The shrimp dish was good.

   Went for our first time to celebrate my birthday, and loved it! We started with a dozen oysters, each had a wedge salad, split the Tomahawk steak, and we had the sweet potato casserole and Brussel sprouts for sides. The sprouts weren’t exactly what you’d think of, but both sides were delicious. We then had the crème brûlée and the Chocolate Bliss. Great celebratory dinner, and we look forward to going back!

   This was our first visit to Sullivan's Steakhouse. We sat in the bar area and took advantage of the Happy Hour prices, so the wine, cocktails, and food were a good value. The ahi poke stack was a decent size for the price, and the ingredients were very fresh, but overall the dish lacked flavor. The crab cake sliders were quite flavorful, but very small. The steak sliders were nicely cooked and also had a good flavor - they were on the larger side, so were more filling. Both slider orders were served with fries, which was a nice complement. Our servers were attentive, checking in often to see if there was anything we needed. The bar area was nice looking - a great place to have a good meal, a nice drink, and spend time with friends.

    We are big fans of Sullivan's! Been to Omaha, Denver, and now Tucson and never let down. Our waiter, Andre, was fantastic. Very friendly and efficient. Had the Broiled Oysters, BLT Salad, and Rack of Lamb, and all were delicious. However, we really wish Sullivan's would use American Lamb as the quality is always better than Australian. Matthew, the General Manager, stopped by our table to say hi which is always a good touch!
