   Usually great food and service, but Xmas dinner missed the mark. The service was underwhelming and extremely slow. The waiter brought the wine without wine glasses. Glasses finally came about 10 minutes later. We were told they were out of bread- no alternative offered. Steaks were delicious and prepared perfectly medium. But, we had to wait for steak knives and the garlic butter my husband requested didn’t come until he was almost done eating. One of our sides arrived 1/2 way through the meal. The crab in the crab stuffed shrimp was cold and the shrimp undercooked. The Banana Fosters Bread Pudding was amazing, but took about 20 minutes to serve.

   Went for a Christmas dinner. Had a couple speed bumps in there but overall pretty good. Had to put my filet back on for a min or two because it came out underdone. No big deal. But it never came back out. Manager came out and apologized. Took care of it. Our server was excellent. This time wasn't the best experience but we love Sullivans so we'll definitely be back.

   The food was delicious. NY strip on fillet were delightful. We had a great Christmas dinner.

    we came in for Christmas day with a family of five and Lexi was our server. She was so amazing and accommodating and very knowledgeable about the menu wine and much more. She even played a little prank on our daughter-in-law, which was fantastic. The food overall was amazing ambience atmosphere all five out of five we will definitely be back to Sullivan’s as it was one of our best experience so far

   Food was cold, steaks were very chewy and cold. This is the second experience in a row that have been very unimpressive, will not go back.

   Seated a little early. The mixed drink was very slow to arrive. Almost 20 minutes after it was ordered. We had our hearts set on scallops and oysters rockefeller. Our server failed to mention they were out of salmon, oysters, and scallops, so we were left to decide on other options. My steak was overcooked, but I was so hungry, so I ate it, and the crib cakes were just okay. I'm glad they were open on Christmas day, but I will choose a different option if I find myself booking reservations for another holiday.

   This was my first time at this restaurant. I had reservations and they seated me at my table early which was nice. The service was fine but I noticed that other waiters were explaining the menu for 5 minutes to their table. My waitress didn’t explain anything other that the special for $49 was not available on Christmas. I saw an entire table leave next to me because of this. I consider this false advertising - when you post online a menu that is not available. I stayed any way. The wedge salad did not have any dressing on it. One if the filet minion’s had gristle and I had to spit it out. For paying twice as much for this than Texas or Longhorn is really a disappointment. I will not ever be back.

   My filet mignon steak was very much undercooked. The au gratin potatoes were extremely salty.. We saw our server 3 to 4 times during our entire meal.  Disappointing food for the cost of the meal.

    Merry Christmas! My husband and I are grateful you’re open on Christmas Day and enjoyed the experience. Our server Damien was amazing and very helpful with the menu. Looking forward to continuing this tradition since it just the two of us. Thanks again!
