   We waited 35 minutes with reservation. Waited in the bar which was very busy and rather warm. After that long of wait we were seated in the both DIRECTLY in front of the kitchen. Service was good but long wait for my second drink. Wait staff did a good job of explaining all the specials and was professional.

   First time I have tried a bone in Filet, I'm a changed man. Cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. The Basil Hayden smoked old fashioned is spectacularly smooth, I would make sure to get that one again as well. If you are visiting Omaha, and looking for a dining experience, this is your place. Service is exactly what you would expect.

   Everything about the restaurant and service is excellent. Beware of being ripped off $30 for parking in the surface lot 1 block to the south. Parking is horrendous because of the excessive construction congestion near the restaurant. I loved my wedge salad and my filet was perfect Great bartender as well.

   Always a great experience. A go-to place for a special night. A bit pricey for Omaha but worth it for the food, service and ambiance

   Waited for over 45 minutes fir our dinner. Made us late to our show even though told the server upfront the need to order asap. Gave plenty of time and leeway but they stated they had a party of 72 and back everything up. Manager gave no discount and was basically sorry. Disappointed. Have eat here for numerous years

   Sullivan's is an upscale steakhouse with prices to match. My husband is a steak lover and he thought it was excellent. I had the scallops, which were perfectly cooked. Our server, Chad, was quite personable and provided excellent service. We were headed to the Orpheum for a show after dinner and Chad made sure we had our orders with plenty of time to eat. My only "quibble" would be with the prices, which I thought were quite high. But we enjoyed it as a "special occasion" place.

   Second night in a row with a problem. First night shrimp starter was served frozen. Second night server got order wrong. Restaurant has a lot of potential but is inconsistent in terms of both service and food quality.

   Overall, we were disappointed with our last meal at Sullivan's. The service was excellent but the quality of the food was lacking. Our expensive Tomahawk steak for over cooked and the lobster did not taste fresh and sweet. Probably, we won't be ordering that meal again.
