    I love Sullivan’s at the Westin Book Cadillac because they always go out of their way to accommodate us and make sure we have the access and space we need for my wheelchair. The food is always good as are the wine list and cocktails and the steak frites is always perfect to order. The service has always been top notch making this a great place to go to again and again.

    From the mixed reviews, it’s easy to be unsure about this place but I can say that it was a great experience! We were in town to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and our server couldn’t have been better! I want to say their name is Marvin, but don’t quote me! Their attentiveness and humor really helped to make our night special. The Wagyu bone-in steak is pure buttery greatness, and the lobster Mac is a necessity! From the service, the ambience, to the food, Sullivan’s will be a spot to visit every time we’re in town!

    We ordered the Tomahawk Steak and asked for it to be cooked Medium. We received the Steak well done and the waiter and Manager looked at it and said yes it’s a little over cooked. A Little was an Understatement. Disappointed that nobody really cared that the most expensive item was not prepared properly.
