    We made a reservation for 7:30 PM, but when we arrived, we were informed that there would be a 45-minute wait. An hour later, we were finally seated. After waiting 15 minutes without anyone coming to our table—even to offer water—we decided to address the lack of service. Eventually, someone came to take our order, but we didn’t receive our meals until an hour after that. The environment was loud and chaotic, and I felt for the waitstaff, who seemed overwhelmed and unhappy. It was clear that the restaurant had either overbooked or taken on too many walk-ins. What is the point of making a reservation if they can't seat you at the scheduled time? While the food was good, the overall experience was disappointing.

    We arrived at 7:15 for a 7:30 reservation. We were not sat until 8:15. We didn’t receive our first course until 9:15. We finally left at 9:45 without ever receiving our meal. If it wasn’t Thanksgiving and we were from out of town, we would have left. Based on the faces of other diners (can you be a diner if you don’t have food?) we weren’t the only ones with this experience last night.

    My experience at Sullivan’s started a little shaky; we had a reservation for 6:30 but didn’t get seated until around 7:30. Also, my wife and I felt a little upset about not enforcing the dress code, when I made the reservation it said that you couldn’t wear sports clothes because we dressed up and just wanted that type of a fancy date. With all that said, the food was very good and the waitress was very kind. Even with the couple of shortcomings, I would still recommend Sullivan’s and I would return again.

    Hands down the worst dining experience my husband and I have ever had. We made 6:30 reservations for Thanksgiving eve, which we had to book with a credit card to hold.We showed up early only to find about 25ish people packed on the lobby. Once we finally made our way to the hostess she checked us in, while still in the check in process the manager came out and addressed everyone waiting that they were running about 35 minutes behind due to the football game and that they would seat everyone but “it is what it is”. We attempted to get a drink at the bar but the bartender told us that wasn’t allowed and we had to stay at the bar. We were open to sitting at the bar but she then said they were not serving food there. So back to the lobby we went to wait. 75ish minutes after our reservation time we were seated. No one came to take a drink order nothing. Looking around the restaurant you could see all disappointment on everyone’s face. 20 ish minutes later a server comes up and asks us about water, and brings a drink menu. We order quickly while he is still there but our drinks don’t arrive for another 30 minutes. We have now been seated for an hour and have only been served water. Once the drinks arrive we asked if we could finally order and he said we could order starters from the pre-fixed thanksgiving menu. I order a salad and my husband orders the soup, seemed easy and we thought would be quick, NOPE another at least 30 minutes go by until the starters come out. We were finally able to find our server and order the rest of the dinner order. He wasn’t apologetic or even really seemed to care. We are now over 2 hours after being seated and still no main course. My husband spots the manager and explains to him, he asked where we were seated and said he would take care of it. Another 30 mins later still no food or manager. After 3 hours at the table we finally gave up on them. Thanks to their poor service & bad time management nothing else was open for us on thanksgiving

    I’m sorry to say this was one of my worst dining experiences. From beginning to end it was frustrating and disappointing. We sat down 45 mins after our reserved time, it took 35 mins to get a drink. Our mains arrived 40 mins after our appetizers. And we didn’t see our server at all during that time. I was hoping for a romantic birthday dinner for my husband and this was a big let down. My steak was delicious and so were my husbands Philly cheesesteak egg rolls. That’s the only good I can say. It felt like amateur hour. The runners had no idea what table to take the dishes to so we constantly had to tell them no, we didn’t order that. Not classy service for a pricey place. I’ve been a server…. They need to make some improvements.

    Waited an hour past our reservation time to be seated. Waiting another hour and a half for our food to arrive just for it to be cold. Then waited another 45 minutes for our bill and desserts. Didn’t end up getting our desserts because another waiter “stole them”. Overall not a great experience and will not be back.

    We had a 445 reservation, didn’t get sat 520. That was the shortest wait. We didn’t get our water until about 1 hr into the experience. We voiced our concerns, and were asked “how we would like to continue the night, wait or leave?!?!” The whole ordeal lasted about 3.5 hrs, we couldn’t even get a waiter to get us a second drink or a bill. Overall, doubt I would ever recommend and go back. Such a shame because they charge for food that you expect a certain standard of service. But the product under delivered. Take my advice, save the money and go to grey ghost or somewhere else for that type of hard earned cash.

    Absolute trash service. Waited 2.5 hours for our food & personally had to get up and ask what was going on. The manager told us he would take $200 off the bill and tried to be slimmy and only took $70 off. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

    Had open table reservation. Waited to long for seating. We ended up sitting at the bar. The restaurant lacked bartenders. Took a long time for drinks and meal. Meal was very good and drinks superb.
