   Thanksgiving night 2024 with a reservation for 7:45 PM for six people. We encountered a 30 minute wait for a table after our reservation time and a 50 minute wait for food after ordering. However, the weight staff and the food were excellent, although the very pricey.

   Well the food was pretty good up until the end. We had the cheesesteak egg rolls and the beef Wellington bites to start and those were great. Steaks and salads were also good. But stay away from the sea bass... literally was tougher/rubbery than my xtra toughs. Service lacked.... Server was nice but it took 3 hours for us to get our food and that was ridiculous.

   Hour wait for our reservations Was out of many items of the Thanksgiving menu Food was room temp when brought out and not properly hot. Took a long time to bring food. Was please that they discounted bill. Didn’t need the take home food as it wasn’t going to be eaten.

   By far, the most disappointing Thanksgiving dinner. We have been going to Sullivan for years for Thanksgiving and this year was horrid. Food came out cold, made my mom sick, and we waited for an hour to be seated. When you make reservations, the expectations are you will be seated in a timely manner. They were trying to serve too many people at one time, which was also noted by the amazing staff we had.

   Had reservations for 5:30 did not get seated tell 6. Did not even get out salad tell 6:40. They tried to bring us our main corse first. I told them we have not even had our salads or appetizers. By the time we got our main dish it was not even hot. And it was over salty. Not the best. They would not even take any off our bill after I complained.

   We had a terrible experience at Sullivan’s for Thanksgiving dinner. We had a reservation at 5:15pm and waited over 45 minutes to get seated. The front desk said it would be a few minutes until they cleared tables. Upon checking again we were told we were 3rd on the list. Way more than 3 groups were seated before us. The food was very mediocre and took forever. I do not blame the staff. They were working hard. It was clear the management had accepted way more reservations than they could serve. Since this is not the first time they have offered Thanksgiving dinner, they should know how many customers they could handle. Shame on management for caring more about revenue than their customers.

   Our Thanksgiving meal was fabulous. We enjoyed everything we ordered and the cocktails were delicious as well. The cheesecake with pumpkin Anglaise dessert was perfect for the final course. This might have to be a Thanksgiving tradition.

   The food was good, but the service was not. It was evident that the restaurant planned too many seatings for the day. We had reservations for 4:00 PM, but didn't get seated until 4:45. Our waiter was friendly and gracious but overworked, and our food service was very slow. (We waited nearly 10 minutes just for a refill of our water glasses, and they were out of some of the dessert offerings on their holiday menu by late afternoon.) We were there for nearly three hours. When we left a little before 7:00 PM, the 6:00 PM seating had just begun and most of the customers being seated look pretty disgruntled.

    The staff at Sullivan's is wonderful. It was such a busy day, with people waiting for tables, lots of to-go orders. We were seated fairly quickly and the server brought our water and cocktails right away. We waited a little longer than usual for our food, but it wad worth the wait. And we did receive the wonderful, warm bread while we waited. The turkey was moist and juicy to perfection and all the sides were delicious. We took enough leftovers for a meal (or two) at home, along with our key lime pie and cheesecake.
