SUGOI

La intención de SUGOI, no es solo ofrecer a la región la única opción culinaria 100% japonesa: su interés siempre ha sido ofrecer una experiencia integral de la cultura nipona, que involucra filosofía, arte, diseño y mixología, alrededor de la barra japonesa como eje conceptual del restaurante. El proyecto surge del amor de sus socios por la cultura oriental, y de la necesidad de una experiencia de este tipo en su ciudad. A pesar de que una pequeña barra para solo 12 personas podría parecer un negocio inviable, SUGOI tiene prohibido traicionar el espíritu de la filosofía intimista, para ellos han diseñado un espacio cuyo principal valor es un profundo respeto por la tradición culinaria de la Isla del dragón: calidad y frescura en alimentos, un diseño que representa sus valores y sofisticada estética, y un servicio al cliente personalizado y sumamente respetuoso.

Excelente comida, atención de los chefs y cameros y vino. Como todo es perfectible, tener un sommelier que te recomiende el vino ideal con la comida sería genial, todo lo demás excelente, volveremos!

Lo mejor de todo fue la comida, nunca había tenido una experiencia así 3n sushi y no me decepcionó. El servicio creí que sería mejor, al ser tan pocas mesas sin embargo no fue nada grandioso
