   The food was cold when it arrived at the table. Then I ordered a dessert and they brought me another more expensive one when I didn't order that.

   I was very disappointed with our experience at this Sugar Factory. The drinks were great, but the food was disappointing. We had to send back chicken and waffles for tiny bones throughout. The waitress was not happy about it, and our service declined after that. There was no mention of the birthday we were there celebrating, even though it was stated on the reservation and verified at check-in. Would not go back to this location again.

   the food was not that great , greasy , expensive and not worth the price. Took our waitress about 20 min to even come over to our table we had to ask for her. they sat us right next to the stairs not enough room to enjoy ourselves. We prob will never come back and will not recommend it to anyone.

   We’ve been to multiple locations and this one was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. Menus were actually discusting with sticky food all over the pages like they haven’t been washed…ever (my fingers kept sticking to it and you could literally see the food drips all down the pages. Two of our three meals came and we waited at least 5 minutes for our daughter’s food to come out. My meal came without main part of the dish and by the time the waitress brought the missing items (she kept forgetting I asked for it after realizing it was missing)..the food was cold. Like I said, I have other locations to compare to and for the money we paid, not worth it.

   We arrived for a 2pm reservation and were notified that only the brunch and special menu is available. The brunch menu consisted of mostly breakfast items and a few burger choices. There was a quite a few unavailable specials options as well. There is zero options for young kids which makes it difficult for an adult to order anything. There was no substitutions available. We ended up leaving. Prices weren’t worth the headache.

   Service was horrible. Appetizers never came. Ordered drinks . Waitress kept forgetting to bring them. Waitress never came back to table to see if we needed anything. Didn’t have mozzarella sticks. Then automatically put 20% tip for horrible service.

   Service was horrible!!! The Downstairs waiting area smelled like a wet dirty mop. Out waitress was no where to be found when ever we needed her but was hounding us to pay the check. Food was not the best for the expensive prices & the tables are so close together with other guest I felt like I had no personal space. We constantly had to ask where our server was, it was a horrible experience. Never again! IG definitely hyped it up, save your $$$$ & go somewhere away from Times Square.

    hostess was rude, waited an hour for our booked reservation. When I asked how long it would be estimated since they told me “your seated next” and I watched 5 other tables get seated following that, I understood it wasn’t the hostesses fault that the restaurant had made too many reservations than they could provide, I don’t believe the situation was handled well. Waiter was amazing, and food was great and came quick!
