   TERRIBLE!!! Don't ever go here unless you want to be disappointed. We went for my sister’s bachelorette dinner. We had reservations at 6:30 pm and didn't get seated until 7:00 pm because no one was working. We ordered the Sampler Platter because it came with Mac and Cheese bites but once the food came out it didn't have the Mac and Cheese bites on it. We asked the waitress where the bites were, and she said oh we are out of those, but we gave you more chicken fingers instead that was not true... The waitress also charged us for a drink we never got. The prices on the menu were different than the bill. Every item was $2 more expensive on the bill than the menu. We questioned the pricing, and they said oh that is our old menu and the prices have changed... This should have been communicated prior or they should have given us the new menus. There is also a 20% service charge to all the checks. All in all, this was one of the worst experiences at a restaurant I've ever been to! Please avoid this place!!

   I would not go back. I tried to call because my reservations were late. I was in traffic when I got there was only two other people there so I didn’t understand why nobody answered the phone. I called several times. They were playing more of adult music and there’s no restroom you can use in there for it to be a family oriented place kids need to be able to use the restroom. The food was OK planned and the drinks and food are overpriced. I felt like I spent too much money. I just won’t go back and won’t recommend it to anybody else. It was just not for me.

   The service was poor from the moment we were seated. After about 20 minutes of being seated a guy came by and asked if we wanted water while we wait. It then took about another 23-30 minutes for our waiter to come by and acknowledges us. She came and asked if we were ready to order. We placed our order and it took forever to get our food. The fries and cheese on the loaded fries were cold. This experience ruined my girls birthday lunch and they didn't want to eat anything. They didn't finish their milkshakes because after waiting so long for their food they just wanted to leave.

   Absolutely horrible Valentine's Day experience. Music was blaring and service no where to be seen. Waited 10 minutes for anyone to come over to seat us despite having a reservation on the hour. One drink order took 45 minutes to be brought out despite multiple people just standing around at the front and lingering about the back of the house door. When our food finally came out, the cajun chicken alfredo had burnt chicken with little black bits mixed in the sauce. To round it all out, a 20% service charge was added for parties of 1 or more that had to be processed by walking up to a terminal in front of the employees who would stand there and watch to see how much additional tip you would add on on top. Two and half hours of our time wasted.

   We went for our daughter’s birthday because she loved the Bahamas location, particularly the deserts. However, we were informed that the ONLY ice cream they had was butter pecan. This rendered 99% of the desert menu and thus the reason for going useless. Our server really tried hard but this place is clearly going out of business. We were literally the only table. Food and drinks also way overpriced. $24 for a very small cocktail that tasted completely different the first and second time we ordered it. $300+ for a dinner for 4 with 2 adults and 2 kids.

    Location is very small but that wasn’t the issue. No one came to my table to take our order. I had to ask the hostess why no one had been over yet. The waitress looked like she didn’t wanna be there. The drinks tasted like the no alcohol drinks. I’ve been to several locations is different states and this location falls short in every way.
