   I attended for my daughter’s birthday. She had a great time. A lot of fun drinks for teens on the menu. The birthday dancers are great! A few small complaints, nothing major. However, one of my guest was in a wheelchair and it was really hard getting pass all of the Christmas decor and tables and chairs.

   Everybody’s food was cold. Hair was found in 2 of our orders. THE FOOD WAS NASTY! The service was not it, it was clear the staff was not on the same page. Stop the dance and work on the customer service pls.

   We didn’t get everything we order! Our server didn’t come back n ask was everything okay! We didn’t have silverware had to wait to eat our food cause no silverware!!

   My service was terrible!!! My server came to take my order and didn’t return until it was time to pay the bill. I had to ask other servers for napkins, water, and silverware. Considering that the gratuity is an automatic 20% I don’t feel like you are to neglect your tables.

   I took my husband to Sugar Factory for his birthday. It was both of our first time there. Our server recommended the ribeye steak that is not on the menu, but it did not disappoint! It was the largest ribeye I have ever eaten. The drinks were potent. And the birthday dessert had the best ice cream that I’ve have tasted in a very long time. I jokingly call my husband a ‘food snob’ because he is very critical about all restaurant food. He was extremely happy with everything that we were served. The staff even did the Soak City dance for a large party. We had a great time. Thank you Sugar Factory for a wonderful evening.

   The few ladies we interacted with were fine, but whatever was going on behind the scene was ridiculous we waited for an hour to have our kids drinks made because they were waiting on clean cups. $900 for 6 adults with basic meals and 6 little children eating basic meals and 2 apps, definitely not worth the price for what we endured lastnight I stg I never complain but it was a must. We walked in at 830 and walked out at 1130, not because we were chilling but mostly because we waited for drinks all night. Instead of me having 4 to 5 alcoholic beverages I only had 2, same with my brothers

   I had been looking forward to going here and I must admit I was disappointed. The restaurant was messy with decor that was not put up. The LED light in our both was out and the bathrooms were unacceptable with the hand soap tubes on the counters. The wait time for even water was lengthy. The prices were ridiculously high. The burger was but I had to wait a long time to get condiments that I had ordered initially. I really wanted to like this place and I could justify the cost of the service and facility was better. It seems like they are letting the place go and that’s disappointing. The music was fun and it as nice to see the birthday girls celebrating.

   Horrible experience. They had Christmas decoration hanging up with duct tape and 2 bigger sized balls decorated as ornaments dropped from the ceiling right near tables along with pretty bad service.

   This was the worst experience at a restaurant I have ever had. The front of house was nasty, I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like. Instead of replacing soap and paper towels in the bathroom, they just put industrial containers on the counter. To leave the bathroom there is no doorknob. Instead you have to put your finger in a hole and pull the door open. A vodka, soda and lime was straight vodka with a splash of soda and a lime…no ice. The $25 desert was even awful (and small). Then they include 20% gratuity for a terrible experience. You couldn’t pay me to go back here.

    Hello, We recently visited the Sugar Factory in Detroit, Michigan & it was alright. The waiter and the ambiance were the greatest "things" about it.. I loved the vibrant and fun atmosphere! The only thing that irritated us was them NOT having their famous rubber ducks but I was able to speak with someone to get accommodated as needed. Thanks for the memorable time..
