   Went to the location in Delray. Downtown Atlantic ave. Ambiance was cute. Very slow service. Out of the whole restaurant there was only one server!! And he proceeded to apologize and say “no one shows up”…. Menu looked good but unfortunately we ended up not eating and leaving because the service was slow and terrible.

   Didn't even get seated. Waited 10 min for the hostess. Noticed it looked empty and people looked frustrated. A customer came over and told us that if we hadn't been seated, not to bother. She said it was extremely understaffed and slow. She also told us people were getting up and leaving. When the hostess came to greet us finally she hinted that she agreed with the customer. So we left and ate elsewhere. It is too bad that got rid of such a great restaurant in Lionfish for this place.

   Went last night with my family of 4. I read the bad reviews but decided to try it anyway bc my kids like the other Sugar Factory we’ve been to and figured “how bad can it be?” I noticed several tables were empty (and not cleared) even though all reservations were booked the rest of the night. We sat next to another family who seemed upset and was looking for the manager (or anyone who worked there) to stop at their table OR was looking for their drinks/food. Nothing. We got our drinks about an hour after we placed our order. Unacceptable. AN HOUR. We were looking around to everyone either looking for a server, looking for their drinks or food or WALKING OUT BC SERVICE WAS NONEXISTENT. And the management does not care. We walked out without getting our food bc by this time it was over 1.5 hours since we sat down. This place is not going to last. And that’s too bad because there are a lot of patrons who’d want to spend the ridiculous amount of money to enjoy a meal here with their families. Tables were left uncleared by the waitstaff for over an hour. So crazy.

   Avoid this place, waited 55 minutes for our drinks, they never came even after asking server twice. Food did t come so we finally let the manager know and we left. Can only assume they are terribly understaffed and disorganized

   The waiter hardly came to the table. The restaurant was not busy, only a few tables with customers. We were there for over two hours. Overpriced. My son ordered the chicken tenders, but he said they didn’t have it and it shouldn’t be on the menu, but it’s under appetizers. My Buffalo chicken sandwich was chicken tenders with buffalo sauce. Not going back.

   During my visit I announced a surprise to my friends. Our server Kayla was wonderful and helped me with the surprise, even went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful! The bar tender even helped to make the surprise extra special. The food and drinks were also delicious. Even though the restaurant was pretty busy, the service was quick! Will def be back again!!!!

   Mauricio was awesome! We had my daughters birthday party there (12 people) and we was super attentive and on top of things!

   The hostess seated us with only one menu. Took over 10 minutes to get a second menu for our table. The service was slow and the waitress had 0 personality. There were not a lot of people when we got there and no one seemed to be into working there. It took over 20 minutes to get a drink which did not look anything like the picture. $35 for some dry ice and 8 trolly candies. The first item we ordered on their menu was “unavailable”. The food was disgusting when it came to the table (55 minutes later). It also did not come with the items described on the menu. (Missing the fruit). This place is overpriced, has terrible service, and horrific food. For all the other places on Atlantic Ave, it won’t last long here. Too many other choices and better opportunities to eat at nice places with delicious food and friendly wait staff. Would not recommend anyone waste their time or money to go here.

    Service was absolutely awful, the food was just as bad. Saw my waiter 5 times and 2 of them was to complain about the food especially the steak that was to be cooked to medium rare and was rare even after it was recooked. The drink and the appetizer were good but the chicken fajita and the Filet was awful. Food took 45 minutes just for it to be awful, the table next to us places their order as we sat down and did not get it for a hour and a half later after we got ours. Would not recommend this place to anyone and I would strongly advise the management to take a look at the staff to make changes where needed.
