   The waiter hardly came to the table. The restaurant was not busy, only a few tables with customers. We were there for over two hours. Overpriced. My son ordered the chicken tenders, but he said they didn’t have it and it shouldn’t be on the menu, but it’s under appetizers. My Buffalo chicken sandwich was chicken tenders with buffalo sauce. Not going back.

   The hostess seated us with only one menu. Took over 10 minutes to get a second menu for our table. The service was slow and the waitress had 0 personality. There were not a lot of people when we got there and no one seemed to be into working there. It took over 20 minutes to get a drink which did not look anything like the picture. $35 for some dry ice and 8 trolly candies. The first item we ordered on their menu was “unavailable”. The food was disgusting when it came to the table (55 minutes later). It also did not come with the items described on the menu. (Missing the fruit). This place is overpriced, has terrible service, and horrific food. For all the other places on Atlantic Ave, it won’t last long here. Too many other choices and better opportunities to eat at nice places with delicious food and friendly wait staff. Would not recommend anyone waste their time or money to go here.

   Service was absolutely awful, the food was just as bad. Saw my waiter 5 times and 2 of them was to complain about the food especially the steak that was to be cooked to medium rare and was rare even after it was recooked. The drink and the appetizer were good but the chicken fajita and the Filet was awful. Food took 45 minutes just for it to be awful, the table next to us places their order as we sat down and did not get it for a hour and a half later after we got ours. Would not recommend this place to anyone and I would strongly advise the management to take a look at the staff to make changes where needed.

   Honestly horrible. Where to begin? We were of group of four adults and two toddlers. We were only given three plates, two waters, and one kids cup. We ordered appetizers… those never showed up. Ordered four cocktails… only three arrived (and they were pretty gross). Ordered five entrees… only four arrived… and that’s after 45 minutes of waiting. No one ever checked on us - we had to try and get staff’s attention. A manager never came to our table to make things right. Oh - and the icing on the cake - 20% gratuity was automatically added. Huge waste of money and time. I can’t see this place lasting on Atlantic Ave. If the restaurant wants to make it, they need to totally rethink staff and operations. Shockingly bad. Congrats on the historic underachievement. And no, we will not be returning so you cannot offer us anything to make this right.

   Very disappointed. The drink was good and the decor looks nice but the customer service was zero. The food was cold, not like I was expecting. The waitress was not professional or nice at all. He left us a long time on the table. He was not familiar with the menu in the restaurant. I will not go back.

   Made a reservation here and “hostess” was either very tired or hungover. She couldn’t grasp the information before her. Service by wait staff very slow. She was almost annoyed… Huge, great menu, but it took 7 of us a bit to decide on choices. Heck, she automatically got 20% because of something and they get 3% for a credit card and don’t even tell you verbally! Until you pay and then see it! food great, waitstaff/hostess much to be desired. Lots of kids. Probably wouldn’t go back in any hurry…

   We went to celebrate our daughter’s 15th birthday. She waited anxiously all week for it. After being seated it took 20 mins before our server even brought water to the table. Then another 30 minutes to take our drink order. By the time we ordered food, my daughter asked if they could substitute their beef meat in their burger with chicken. They said no because it will make the entrée “look different”. My daughter had been to the Sugar restaurant in Miami and they were able to substitute the beef for chicken with no issues. However, this Delray location is not accommodating at all. She was so disappointed. When the food finally came out, it was the most tasteless thing we had ever experienced. My husband ordered the club sandwich. The bread and lettuce was so soggy. I ordered the salmon. It had absolutely no flavor, it looked like it had been cooked not even with salt and pepper and just a bland cream sauce poured over it. My daughter and son ordered the wings and they came out oil drenched and cold. The prices are also extremely high. Imagine paying $38 for a salmon entrée, knowing that you could cook it way better at home. Final bill was $338 for one of the most unpleasant experiences we’ve ever had. And on top of that had to pay a 20% tip for service that was nonexistent. We are most definitely never ever going back.  We are having to take our daughter out for dinner again tonight as a birthday redo just because it was so bad last night.  Save your time and money and just don’t bother to go.

    My husband and I went for an early lunch. The service was amazing. Big menu. We had a nice mimosa flight and a big cheeseburger! The ambiance is delightful. What a fun day!
