   Food was slightly warm, almost dead. Drinks weren't great. I put that it's a Bachelorette/celebration in our reservation and we were sat outside in the shop part which was disappointing. This was our first time here and it was disappointing all the way around. Our server brought out a dessert for the bride to be which was very nice.

   Walking through the Hard Rock Casino was definitely one of my best experiences staying in Atlantic City! Seeing all the famous singers outfits / once worn outfits was amazing! Getting to the Sugar Factory is definitely a slight stretch but non the less, a beautiful scene. The aesthetic was super cute, loved the people and the general atmosphere that the restaurant held. Unfortunately the only thing I didn’t like, was the strong cigarette smell coming from the casino, which we had been seated next to. Our waitress Kelly was nothing but kinda and patient. She helped us with whatever questions we had, and impressed us by not having to take any notes on our extensive order. The food had a decent wait time from when we received our milkshake as well as our appetizer. When we received the food it was hot and fresh. We also had ordered one of their famous goblet drinks which was nothing but pleasant to watch as well as very sweet. Overall, nice experience; would definitely recommend as well as return at a future date. :)

   The Sugar Factory is a must try. They offer great food, service, decor and much more. I must say that every time I see a SF, I must stop in. The SF is a place for anyone and definitely a place you will love and not forget.

   On a whim, we decided to take our two boys to the sugar factory kind of expecting mediocre food but going more for the experience. Ummm the food was delicious, the service was amazing considering how busy they were and the rainbow milkshake was perfection. Not too sweet and just as pretty as the picture. Would definitely come back with the kids!

   Really great experience. Sampler platter is big enough to have as a meal for 2. The goblet drinks are big enough for 3 people. The pasta dishes are normal size for one person. The skillet desserts are big enough for 3 to share. It’s an expensive night but it’s worth it. Goblet drink, sampler platter, one Cajun pasta & a skillet dessert with tip was $170 for 3 people. A fun time.

   I’m writing to express my sincere thanks for the amazing experience I had at your Atlantic City location while celebrating my birthday. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize your team. The food was absolutely delicious—every bite was full of flavor and beautifully presented. From the appetizers to the over-the-top desserts, everything was top notch. The creativity and attention to detail made the meal unforgettable. What really stood out, though, was the service. Your staff was not only professional and attentive, but also incredibly warm and welcoming. They made me feel genuinely celebrated, and it truly elevated my birthday experience. Please extend my appreciation to everyone who played a part that day. Lastly, the atmosphere was vibrant, fun, and full of energy. It was the perfect setting for a celebration, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend my special day. Thank you again for the memorable experience. I’ll definitely be back—and I’ll be recommending Sugar Factory to friends and family without hesitation

    The food was delicious. I had the Sugar Factory club, so good, & my husband had a burger, very good. The food is always good, the servers are wonderful, and I love the seasonal options for food & drinks.
