It was so loud in the restaurant we couldn’t hear ourselves talk. My son ordered a nonalcoholic $40 drink and he did not like it, I discussed it with the waiter how it almost tasted like there was alcohol in it and he said no I’m positive there wasn’t and then he tasted it and said no it doesn’t have alcohol, Instead of him offering us something else, my son is 4. Our waiter never came to our table to see how everything was and if we wanted more water or anything, I had to plug him down every time. I asked him for two boxes to go, and he only gave me one, I had to shove all my food into it, and we barely ate our food because it was so late by the time our food came out I also asked for silverware and he said he couldn’t find any so he was only able to give me the to go silverware. I also was trying to move the drink and I filled the $40 drink and I asked him for napkins to clean it up and he left napkins on the table instead of helping me. I was disappointed with our visit and it was just me and a four-year-old and our bill was $100

We had a very disappointing experience at Sugar Factory. Our food took over an hour to arrive, and during that entire time, no one checked on us. Our water cups were bone dry, and we had to flag someone down just to get a refill. I approached a blonde-haired woman who appeared to be a manager, and she offered no apology or concern. What made it worse was seeing another group of eight—who were seated about 30 minutes after us—complain about their wait and suddenly receive their food, with that same manager giving them extra attention. We had children with us, which made the long wait and lack of basic service even more frustrating. Meanwhile, we waited patiently the entire time and were completely overlooked. The service was inconsistent at best and dismissive at worst. This place is far from cheap, and Sugar Factory seriously needs to improve how they treat all customers—not just a select few.

Service was slow, but we were on vacation after all. The kiddo didn't see it that way though. Extremely expensive ($5.00 for a cup of hot tea, and for the glass of soda.) Food wasn't horrible except they brought my son the wrong thing and we had to wait until they cooked it properly. So we ate while he sat there. Three meals, no cocktails, one dessert and the cost was almost $200 without tip. Its one of those places where if you have children you might want to go once for the experience. Personally I won't go back.

Service was awful. Took forever to get served had to ask for plate and silverware. Had to ask for food that we placed in our initial order again once our food was served and asked for extra sauce and to go containers we never received.

Our waiter was very friendly, however wait times for being checked on during the duration of the reservation was extremely long. We were seated on the side of the restaurant, practically in the candy store/gift shop. Long lines for people checking in/waiting to be seated was very frustrating and multiple people in our party felt like others were just hovering over our table the entire time. Food was good. Just slightly frustrated that we felt that we were pushed to the side and ignored as we had a party of 8 people how we’re celebrating a 21st birthday. Birthday was marked on the reservation as well as advising the host and the waiter.

Extremely Disappointing Experience My family and I waited over 15 minutes just to be seated. Once we were finally shown to a table, it was dirty—there was a used knife and food on the floor, and the table hadn’t been wiped down. I had to ask someone to clean it before we could even sit comfortably or ordered our food. We then waited over 20 minutes for someone to take our order, and once we ordered, it took another 45 minutes for the food to arrive. To top it off, they brought me the wrong dish—I ordered shrimp pasta and was given chicken and shrimp instead. I don’t eat chicken but I tried taking out the chicken so I wouldn’t have to make a big deal about it but it was way too much chicken mixed in I just couldn’t eat it. The waiter didn’t offer to replace my plate. I requested the manager explain what happen and she only offer to remove it from my bill. So while my family ate I had nothing lol. Overall, the service was slow, the environment was unclean, and the staff didn’t seem attentive at all. One person in particular was singing out loud as he kept walking by. It was just very unprofessional. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for.
