Sugar Factory has joined the collective of suburb brands at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, NJ!

Accessible from the boardwalk and inside of the casino, Sugar Factory’s 1,500-square-foot confectionary will feature the signature floor-to-ceiling candy wall with more than 500 types of candy including a selection of novelty and bulk candy like the world-famous Couture Pops. Completing the confectionary, the café will offer coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries in addition to homemade gelato and ice cream.
Sugar Factory’s menu features signature items such as savory crepes, salads, monster burgers, insane milkshakes and specialty pizzas. The legendary desserts will top the menu with the famous King Kong Sundae, serving up to 12 people with 24 scoops of ice cream topped with sprinkles, gummy bears, caramel sauce, fudge sauce and giant swirly pops, to name a few.

    I was at the hard Rock casino in Atlantic City gambling with my family from New York got hungry open the OPENTABLE APP sugar factory was the first restaurant came up I made the reservation 6:30pm When I got to the front desk they sat us less then five minutes I'll waitress came over and took I'll order we all did appetizers and couple of drinks the food came out was delicious hot and awesome my family and I had a great experience I'm going to make sure we tell everyone about the sugar factory in Hard Rock in Atlantic City 5 stars to All of the Hosts at the sugar factory ,our waitress ,the cooked ,the servers , and all the other staff that was working Saturday January 4 2025 all u guys Rock keep up the good work thank you for making my Day

    The ribeye was mediocre, I would not recommend it. It's a more casual fare. The ambiance was energetic. The wait staff was pleasant and attentive although very busy. Dessert was phenomenal hence the name"sugar factory". I will return but I will not order steak. The Caesar salad was delicious and the mashed potatoes (real potatoes) delish!

    We had an excellent experience on NYE. The staff were all friendly, upbeat, and a pleasure to be around! The food and drinks were delicious and enjoyed by everyone in our party. Sugar Factory never disappoints!

    Our waiter was super sweet but the drinks were disgusting and way too sugary and take forever to be delivered to your table. The martinis tasted like cough syrup. The drink prices are so insanely high. The food is fine; nothing special. Beautiful ambiance but the celebrity photos are very dated.

    Ok food. We ordered Sesame chicken dish, which had no flavor, pepperoni pizza with hot honey glaze which was good but small. Hamburger which was fine and crispy buffalo chicken sandwich - which was good . peanut butter cookie skillet dessert was ok but cookie was grainy. Small portions for price. took awhile to get food . cute decorations

    Sugar Factory in AC has cool ambience. Our waiter was very nice but got each of our dishes wrong including allergy issues. Allergies need to be taken seriously. The service was slow and wrong. The food was just ok and for the price, ok doesn’t cut it. You are paying to be in Sugar Factory for the name. It’s cute. It’s an experience, I don’t regret going but would choose a different restaurant if I go to the venue again.
