They didn’t seem to have their act together. Maybe a new establishment. Some Menu items were not available, staff seemed burdened and unhappy. Food was ok. Focaccia was terrible- over toasted and burnt.

The restaurant was very busy but we had a breakfast reservation and were seated when we arrived. The food was very good and the service was well above average.

Our meals were very tasty and we enjoyed them. Service was a bit hit and miss; a relatively new space so not everyone entirely clear as to their roles.

Sudden Sally is conveniently located in the Hotel Canoe & Suites were we are staying in Banff. It’s a pretty restaurant, nicely designed and staffed with younger servers who bring a lot of friendly energy to the place. The food is ok but served with a smile. We appreciated its location and overall warm ambience.

Eggs were not done(ordered scrambled) water was warm, diet pepsi was not good, coffee not great. Had to get the manager to tale care of out bill. We aar for 15min waiting on the check. Was not busy at all just unorganized waitress.

Excellent food service and atmosphere. We had a lovely time. The decor is absolutely beautiful. The servers were very attentive. We did not have to wait for food or drinks. Can’t wait to return.

What a great find. Cute quaint little restaraunt with great food. I had the pancakes with lemon zest and it was the best food I had on my vacation. Would love to go back and highly recommend.
