   Went here for our 20 wedding anniversary. Restaurant is gorgeous. I ordered the special (Elk) and was not good. This server had zero idea what kind of entree he was describing. Elk was good, cooked perfectly, but the sauce on it was inedible. I ate about 1/4 of it and let the server know and apologized and took my plate. Still paid for it though. Sooooo, my wife and I split her meal. To pick this restaurant to celebrate a special occasion, spend $230, and split a meal kind of took away from the occasion. Especially with alerting the server of the meal. The hotel is incredible and so is their staff. The restaurant side, not so much.

   Food was beyond mediocre specially for the price. Steak overcooked and fish sauce was bland and nothing special. Food was served warm leaning on cold Service was just ok, they did go out of their way to prepare a special salad for us but recommendations from server refer to the most expensive items on the menu but did not include a justification as to why those would be best choices, ultimately after tasting them we were disappointed Ambiance is great, place is pretty but it does not compensate for the mediocre food

   Our server, Gina, was really lovely. It’s rare we have a server these days who truly cares about our experience. She was thoughtful, attentive, and gave lovely recommendations. Our food was pretty good! We’re hard to please, and we left full and satisfied. For a hotel restaurant, we were impressed. The white table clothes make it a tad stuffy, but it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We dined later in the evening on a weekday so the place was empty. Overall a very good experience and a nice welcome to the city. Thanks, Gina!

   This was an excellent place to go to! We had excellent service and food! The lobster bisque was delicious! Went there to celebrate and got a free dessert and Champagne. I will defiantly be back in the future.

   Charming atmosphere with fireplaces and a wonder lounge singer and piano player. Excellent wine list and seafood. Lobster bisque was excellent.

   Presentation was phenomenal. Walked into the hotel with a nice live piano and song taking place. Although very loud at first once seated the background noise died enabling a nice dinner conversation. Food was served with enough time for conversation and drinks to flow freely between courses. During the reservation process I had mentioned that our visit was to celebrate a milestone birthday. Not only did the wait staff remember the earlier conversation from the day, but they surprised the birthday guest with some complementary Prosecco for a toast as well as a dessert at the end to celebrate the milestone. Overall the experiance was beyond expectations and we left feeling both full and welcomed. We look forward to our next visit to the area

   The live music was just awful. Not just not talented but very loud. The table next to ours seemed to be of the same opinion. We would net return if we knew that live music was involved.

    It was our first time at Subito. The food was excellent. The service provided by Kristyna was exceptional. Her knowledge of the the wine and menu are unmatched. It elevated our experience to a whole new level. We will be back.
