Service was a bit uneven. Sushi was very good. Music was too loud but volume was turned down on request.

Lots of food that was so very delicious. Service was not great as we felt ignored several times through the meal. Appreciated that our wait person provided a gluten-free desert. Soup was a bit fishy; sushi plate was amazing; matcha cheesecake was very dry.

What a magnificent meal! We had the bigeye, el Nido, snow crab, and caterpillar rolls. Plus a glass of sake that made me feel like a Japanese poet dreaming of cherry blossoms. What a special way to spend my 53rd birthday. We’ll definitely be back!

Since the closure of Shohku cafe several years ago, it's been difficult to find quality sushi in Santa Fe. Su Shushi happily fill that void. The sushi rolls were creative and delicious combining very fresh fish with complimentary ingredients. One item not to be missed is the pickled wasabi.

We have been numerous times and it has always been good. Less so this time. The tempura was nothing like it used to be. There were no Japanese desserts. Our waiter was lovely. But food service was super slow. Only one person for a full restaurant. Sushi was good and fresh. Music was loud and sane track okayed twice while we were there. Overall a disappointing experience compared to past visits.

Excellent experience! The Omakase was superb! The wait staff and the chef were all extremely nice and helpful if we had questions. There was only one Sushi chef when we went (the main chef was out that evening), but they did an amazing job considering they were by themselves. The food was excellent - tempura was spot on, the sushi was stellar, and the miso was the best I've ever had. The dessert that came with the Omakase was delicious and perfect for two people to share. Highly recommend sitting at the sushi bar! We have a new favorite spot and will most definitely be back again soon.
