   This is our fourth time coming here, hoping the food would be good and that the previous time was just us ordering the wrong thing but after four times I can officially say the food is mid and overpriced, not nasty, but definitely not good food (I know good food). There is much more delicious food in Waikiki then this place

   Perfectly seasoned and cooked steaks. Delicious Brussels Sprouts and potatos. Anders provided oncredible service. I highly recommend Strip Steak.

   I have been to Stripsteak 4 times in the past 6 mos (and before) but first time in Honolulu. Our service was great. Dozen oysters perfect. Foie Gras was large and delectable. Service excellent as expected. My only issue is that I saw the Kurobata pork chop and inquired. Planned on sea bass which is always awesome. Waiter told me it was added to the menu 2days ago and was getting positive feedback. The rub was salty. The meat was moist but too firm and flavorless. I expected much better. Generous portion that presented well. I’ve had far better for less. Still, I should have been wary when I know everything here is great. Should have ordered the sea bass. I will certainly return.

   Excellent service as always! We were helped by Tori who is pretty much the best! There was a special wagyu gnocchi tonight and it was great, highly recommend if it’s on the menu.
