Encompassing all the tradition of a classic steakhouse, StripSteak by Michael Mina in Waikiki is a modern twist on the classic American steakhouse. Chef Michael Mina has created a fun and innovative menu, bold in flavor and diverse in inspiration. Precision at its finest, StripSteak Waikiki features a menu with all natural Prime Certified Angus beef, American Wagyu beef and Japanese A5 Wagyu beef. Other signature offerings include “Instant Bacon” with Kurobuta pork belly, Seafood Platters, with king crab, lobster, oysters, and more. Not to be missed is Chef Mina's unique Triple Seared Japanese A5 wagyu served with yuzu kosho, ponzu and wasabi.

    Had a great time at strip steak! This is a higher end restaurant but worth the price tag. The Ohana tasting menu was very good. The service was stellar and every staff member was nice and helpful. I plan to go back and try different things.

    Excellent service made our evening wonderful. Portions are satisfying and their Jean Claude cocktail is a winner. Eat early to avoid the crowds.

    The food and service were excellent, but the ambiance was less appealing. Perhaps the front desk could be more inclusive in terms of diversity. My spouse enjoyed the establishment, the food and service, but I found it less appealing. The parking situation was somewhat disorganized, as the paymachines were not operational, and we had to navigate a different level to pay for parking.
