   Food was imaginative, of excellent quality and professionally served. Strangely, staff was inclined to remove plates before everyone had finished, and seems surprised when asked otherwise. Noise level was a bit high, hampering conversation. On balance, however, the experience was as good as it was in the past, and we will certainly return.

   We love stokes Adobe. The ambiance is superb. The cocktails are really good.

   Very nice ambiance in the dining room. Service was excellent. Food was good but pricey. Main courses were served in bowls. For their price point, my expectation was a little more. Menu selection was limited but we managed to get something for everyone in our party of four

   Stokes Adobe was a last minute, spur of the moment choice to go for my wife's birthday as I had made a reservation at another restaurant but after reading about this restaurant and the reviews i decided to make the change and SO GLAD because my wife and I just loved everything about this place! First off there is so much history as the building is from the mid 1800's and you have to read about as there's too much to mention here. There is a nice outside area with a bunch of firepits but we elected to sit inside. Our server was just awesome (forgot his name but he had glasses and has worked there since they opened about 3 years ago). He was very attentive and very informative about the menu and the building. for starters my wife had the carrot bisque soup and it was hot and delicious. I had the shaved broccoli cheddar salad and this was at the suggestion of our server and frankly we would come back just for this! The salad had shaved broccoli with very fine almost puffy and airy fiscalini cheddar along with their own caesar dressing and toasted panko bread crumbs. It was just so different and refreshing as the dressing also had a hint of lemon. for our entrees we had the bone in pork chop and the Tagliatelle bolognese that was homemade pasta, very creamy and hearty bolognese and the pork chop was just perfectly cooked, juicy and flavorful and one of the better pork chops we've had.

   Food was incredible. Full flavors that were complex and thoughtful. Beautiful decor that felt new and old all wrapped into one adobe house. Will definitely add this to the return list.

   Excellent meal, ambiance and service. We dined as a party of 6 in the private room on the ground floor which included a fireplace.

   This was our visit to Stokes Adobe. This was one of the best meals I have ever had. The Cavatelli was unbelievable. My boyfriend had the steak and it was delicious. The whole dinner was a great experience, we will be back.

   Great food, great service, very cute setting. We came for New Year’s Eve dinner 2024/2025 with three adults and a 4 year old and had a great time!

   Outstanding experience. Beautiful space inside, multi-level and feels like a redone colonial home. Food was delicious- small menu so food was served quickly and hot. Brought our 3 year old and felt totally welcome there. 10/10.
