   Steaks were over and chewy. Replacement arrived 20 minutes after. Manager said he would comp but came on the bill anyway. Had it removed which took another 10 mins. Beef seemed Choice grade instead of Prime. Building and vault are a great backdrop, but the food left us wishing we had gone back to Mahagony’s.

   We waited for a special occasion to dine at stock and bond(my wife’s birthday) and we ate quite familiar with fine dining and have realistic expectations when we dine anywhere. We own a small cafe and bakery for the last 17 years and make our living trying to show hospitality and provide exceptional service to customers. We accommodated the restaurant by taking a table in the dining room since the bar seating we reserved was unavailable. The hostess was kind and thoughtful and we began our dining experience. We were greeted by a server who was halfway checked out and told us so by telling us it was her Friday. There was no proper welcome and after we finally received some water we waited about 10-15 minutes to get a wine list and were asked if we wanted any appetizers. I inquired if there were any features for the evening and was told no except for an appetizer. We settled on beef tartare and it was good. We ordered entrees and when they finally arrived the sides and steaks were not served hot but barely lukewarm. Steaks were over-cooked and less than stellar. Dessert was complimentary for the birthday and the cake seemed right off the Sysco or us foods truck. When the bill arrived( 20 minutes after dessert and wine were finished) i realized I’d been charged for a $90 Wagyu strip that we didn’t order but explained why my steak was not at all what I expected. I will say that the manager removed that from our bill and his help was appreciated. Because of our experience in the industry and our appreciation for fine dining we don’t make a habit of complaining or even leaving any kind of negative review but after sharing our experience with a few people they suggested we share to inform others before they commit to spending $150-250 per person. Our thanks to the manager for comping that steak and perhaps we’ll revisit on a night that would be memorable for all the right reasons. Cheers

   Angelica was an amazing server - fun, energetic, and on top of service but not intrusive. I was surprised by the noise level but it was a very busy evening.

   Dinner service was mediocre. My wife’s entrée was lovely (surf and turf special ) properly cooked and visually pleasing. My ribeye was prepared as ordered but required a bit more effort to cut than one would expect. Lastly the side of roasted brussels sprouts was undercooked and not very warm.

   The atmosphere was nice and the experience wasn’t bad but the food was mediocre at best. I really expected a lot better for a 200 dollar meal.

    Ideal steakhouse that perfectly blends old-school elements in a fresh, modern, classy atmosphere. Food was fantastic with novel options not typically seen. The staff clearly feed off the positivity and involvement of the manager: genuinely friendly and attentive without being overbearing. It was simply wonderful on all levels. It would thrive in any market. A must-do here in OKC. Loved it!!!
