   The cost of the food was increased due to it being Christmas Day. The atmosphere was so loud you could not even hold a conversation due to a speaker right above the table. Asked waitress if it could be lowered a little bit and she flat out said no. Food arrived extremely cold. Had to wait. 10 minutes to get a steak knife to cut steak at a steakhouse? One of the entrées that was ordered came with green beans and potatoes request was made for double potatoes which the waitress said I’ll have to charge you $20 for a family style potato. Extremely overpriced Food was very underwhelming.

   The food is always great there.Definitely very expensive but worth it. Alexa our server was a True Professional. This particular STK in Disney Springs is in my top 5 for all of Florida. My only negative is the music can be a little loud and we only heard 2 Christmas songs all of our 2 hour Christmas Day Dinner.

   Went here on a busy day, but it was clear that the things that matter had nothing to do with the busyness. Food was terrific but consistent with STK the prices were extremely high. This is the reason for the low rating. When you pay for things at this level, you expect the ambience, the decor, and the general experience to be worthy of the price you’re paying. With the exception of the great food, this STK is no better than any burger joint that you’ve been forced to eat at when you didn’t know where else to go. I’ve been to other STK‘s, and the experience at those locations is much different than the one here in Orlando, which is sort of sad. Being in Disney Springs, it is clear that the intention here is to just get all the tourists in and unfortunately gouge them while they are in a money spending mood. No way I will be back considering how many excellent steakhouses there are in Orlando for a much better price in some places and certainly a better overall experience in others.

   Second time at the Restaurant! Great. Service by Carlos . This time the drinks n food were ok The porterhouse had no flavor , Everything else was just great Very attentive host !!

   Nuestra reservación era a las 9.00 pm. Aunque llegamos puntuales tuvimos que esperar más de 30 minutos para que nos asignaran mesa. Pésimo servicio en recepción, muy buen servicio del mesero. Los alimentos aceptables,

   One of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in years! I have dined at STK Orlando on several occasions. With friends and loved ones, being a wonderful experience with every visit. Unfortunately, my experience tonight was atrocious. I wanted to make this dining experience memorable- because we were celebrating my mother accomplishing her dream of becoming an undergrad graduate. At the age of 52 years old, that is truly worth celebrating! I appreciated the host acknowledging my mother's accomplishment, making her smile and feel special. I wish our server did the same. Our server did not recognize- my mother, not once- which is disappointing since tonight was her night. Throughout our experience, he provided one of the poorest experiences I’ve ever had. He would turn his back and walk off while we were still ordering and asking questions. We would have to shout to his back our order! He didn’t give us the time of day, barely getting any of his attention, and if we did sparingly get his attention, he would answer shortly and quickly. He never mentioned the holiday specials and newly added menu items; we all had to find out through another server what was available. Had I known the holiday specials? We would have ordered the specialty items. In addition, when my mother spilled her beverage on the table, the server put a plate on top of the spill and then pushed the plate toward my mother, causing the liquid to spill onto her - an unacceptable experience.

   We went to STK for happy hour. Unfortunately, there is no happy hour during this week of December. No one informed us and it was not noted on their website. Sort of a bait and switch. The service was so prompt that we were in and out of STK in less than an hour. We felt hustled out the door. We were a party of 3 - no cocktails or dessert - the bill was $275. Insanely expensive.

    The food and drinks at STK are always outstanding. However,it is the service that makes us come back over and over! We love the people and the ambiance.
