   From the moment we arrived until the time we paid the bill, the girl who gave us the table was not at all friendly, her attitude was very bad, when we got to the table they took a long time to serve us, after more than 10 minutes passed without the waiter arriving, we ordered a cocktail and a coke which arrived 20 minutes later, the appetizer we ordered was calamari and it was cold and hard, then one of the dishes was a ribeye and it was bad, a little chewy and poorly prepared and only two waiters went for a dish that cost 97 dollars I think the preparation should have been much better for its cost, the other dish was filet mignon with lobster, the meat was not bad only that when the plate was left on the table it was not prepared correctly.. we asked for a coke again and another 20 minutes more… the waiter was not attentive at all.. I would not go back to this place because the service is very bad and the food worse, I thought it would be much better!! (this is my experience).

   For a high end chain like STK, this location does not hold up to the brand. 35 minute wait to be seated after reservation time. Under staffed , service extremely slow due to it. Ordered a nice 2018 Cha/Mon Cab for $300, waiter brings out a 2022. When questioned, he stated yea the years on the wine list are all off by a few years, but what’s that matter? I told him, that’s one of the main factors it choosing the wine and main associated with the price.

   While I enjoyed my dinner and the overall experience, I was not impressed that they have a rule that everything must be ordered all at once, drinks, apps and dinner. Sometimes I like to have a cocktail and an appetizer then order dinner after. But I’m assuming they want to push you out the door to seat another party. Even after a $128 steak with a $13 pad of butter and a $7 seasoning rub. Ridiculous!

   Our experience at STK Orlando felt rushed. We finished our appetizers before the bread even arrived, and when it did, it was only about two minutes before our main courses. The tots were undercooked, so we sent them back, but they weren’t returned until the end of our meal. On the plus side, the waiter was attentive and provided good service, even removing the tots from the bill. Overall, the pacing of the meal could have been much better, but the wait staff was great.

   Upon arrival, our wine glasses and table were smudged with greasy fingerprints. In the dining room, the atmosphere was unexpectedly casual, with many guests dressed in shorts, baseball hats, and flip-flops. Our medium-rare porterhouse steak arrived overcooked, but the staff promptly replaced it and offered a complimentary side. Unfortunately, the replacement steak was undercooked and nearly raw. Overall, we found this location to be overrated—too casual for the price point and lacking in quality food, service, and ambiance.

   Everything was great. If we had to nitpick the server was pretty much an order taker and didn't engage at all nor did he tell us his name. Other than that the food was terrific.

   Literally in my 60 years never met a more rude hostess at a really nice restaurant. It is no wonder the place was 1/2 empty on a Sunday afternoon and every other restaurant around the (Boathouse) had a 2 hour wait. The music was so loud the server could literally not hear us order. Been to one in Vegas and other locations but will not being going back for a $545.00 lunch for 4 people.

    We had a reservation at 6:30. This was our 3rd time going. We had to wait between 50-60 minutes to be sat. I can’t say I’ve ever waited that long at any restaurant in the world with having a reservation ahead of time. Since we had waited so long, we tried to have our entire meal ready to order when the server came. It still took more than 20 mins for drinks to come out and our steaks were undercooked. Just a really disappointing meal for how much we spent. Each time I’ve been it has been worse than the time before.
