   If you have never been go. But be prepared for a slightly higher tab, portions were on the smaller side for the price and the food wasn’t Michelin Star quality. Ambiance was a little clubby, but fun and different. Very large dining room with tons of tables.

   Service and food was really good. But Very over priced. 20 for desert and 20 for asparagus. Spent 300 including tip. 2 people. Would we come back. No. Better steak houses. Better prices. It was loud and cold. Ok for a young crowd but we’re in our late 50s early 60s . Capital grille and guard and grace much better. Shanahans has a Sunday deal that is amazing. So food to value ratio. Better choices out there.

   Worst experience of any STK I’ve ever been to, 10 pm reservation was seated at 10:45, it was a mad house restaurant was overbooked (I know it was valentines) food was very subpar would never recommend this location or return here.

   Bring back the trumpet player and random free shots :) Edit: if the reply from STK is an actual human then that is a god awful reply. I wasn’t looking for an apology and I rated my experience high. I wasn’t even looking for a reply! That reply is absolutely poor customer engagement. If you want to actually analyze what I’m saying though, many STKs have customer engagement DURING dinner service. That’s part of the appeal. If you don’t have that you’re just another steakhouse with just louder music.

   Our reservation was set for 9:30, we got there at 9. We were told that we had to wait an extra 30-60 minutes even though we got there earlier and our reservation was set for 9:30. They had everyone cramped up in a ysingle spot, super annoying and tiring having to stand for 30-60 minutes. We were finally seated, our waiter was super nice and friendly. We ordered our food and we were told it took an extra 60-90 for our to come out so we waited again. Once when we got our food they told us they were out of the side we wanted so we have to chose another side. My steak was ok but my girlfriend’s steak was raw , yes raw, we asked for it to be recooked. When it came back it was all burnt and still raw. My girlfriend couldn’t even enjoy her food considering we waited so long for it. Save your money and go somewhere else.

   Reservations were made for Valentines night, it appeared that they completed over booked themselves. From the start of checking in to receiving our meals took over 2 hours! Once we got the food we were rushed to finish our $200+ meals . It was a horrible experience. Waste of time and money.

   I frequent STK in Dallas but the Denver location was the worst I have experienced. We were a group of 6 on Valentine’s Day celebrating a birthday with a reservation made over a month prior. To begin the valet sign stated $20 and once we were getting out the vehicle the attendant told us $40 because the garage was filling up. If you’re going to charge a different rate then remove the sign. Secondly, we had a 7:45pm reservation but wasn’t seated until well after 9:00pm. We were told by a manager they overbooked and had over 1400 reservations for that night. The lobby was packed with no place to stand. Lastly the food was subpar as it appeared rushed. The sea bass and linguine were cold and had to be sent back. After the additional wait we told the manager to just cancel those two entres but they ended up bringing them shortly after. The sea bass was under cooked this time to where I could not cut it with my fork. We showed it to one of the managers and she stated “what’s wrong with it” then grabbed the plate and said “you’re not paying for it anyway!” then stormed off. Worst restaurant experience ever. Needless to say we will not return to an STK again.

   It was our first time trying STK unfortunately we did not get to eat here. We took our food to go and the manager even discounted the bill for the inconvenience. Very nice staff looks like a great place Valentine’s Day was not the day to try it. I’ll be back another day to get the full experience.

   Overall it was a good experience. To preface I was there on Valentine’s Day around 8 PM. The check in process was smooth, but as you can imagine, a small crowd was waiting to be seated. Clearly the restaurant over booked which comes into play later. I was sat within 15 minutes of my reservation so not bad. The music was good, but LOUD. Ryan was my waiter and he was exceptional. The cocktails were ok, not amazing. The food was good but it took almost 2 hours from seating for my steak to arrive. Thus, overall I was there for close to 3 hours. They do have valet parking which I recommend or take an Uber. I have been to much better steak places and not sure how soon I’ll make a return visit.

    Came for Valentine’s Day - might the reason for the poor service and poor food quality. It took about 2 hours to receive our food which was cooked incorrectly. Several tables around us sent their food back but I was afraid if I did that I wouldn’t see it for another 2 hours. The steak (which is the main appeal of a steakhouse) was cooked incorrectly and the portions are small for the price. Hopefully people have a better experience but wouldn’t recommend on a holiday, they were definitely not prepared.
