   I first visited STK in Denver three years ago, and it was an unforgettable experience—truly one of the best dinners I’ve ever had. Excited to relive that, I returned about two years ago, but unfortunately, the food was disappointing and didn’t justify the price. Last night, I decided to give it one more chance, hoping to recapture the magic of my first visit. Sadly, the experience fell short once again. While the customer service was great, it was the only highlight of the evening. The food quality did not match the high prices, leaving me disappointed for the second time in a row. Based on my recent experiences, I won’t be returning to STK.

   I had the pleasure of dining at STK this past weekend, and I must say, it was a truly memorable experience! The staff was knowledgeable and eager to recommend pairings, which added a nice personal touch to our dining experience. Speaking of the staff, the service was outstanding! Their genuine enthusiasm for the menu and commitment to providing an excellent dining experience truly stood out.    My friend and I ate and the experience was exceptional. We started with the Jumbo Lump Crab Cake as our appetizer, and it set the tone for the evening. The crab cake was packed with flavorful crab meat, delicately seasoned, and served with a tangy remoulade sauce. It was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside—great. For entrees, we opted for the Dry-Aged Delmonico Ribeye and the Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass. The ribeye was amazing. The sea bass was wonderful, too. The ambiance is upscale yet inviting, with chic décor and a DJ. The attentive service was the cherry on top; our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy high-quality cuisine in a stylish setting, STK Denver should be at the top of your list. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just indulging in a night out, STK delivers an experience as impressive as its menu.

   We had dinner at the bar. The bartenders were outstanding. Great service and very personable. My steak came out and it was cold. The bartender sent it back without question. The manager came over and couldn’t be any more apologetic. They made me a new steak and it was cooked perfectly and it was delicious. The manager came back and talked at great length with us. He was excellent. I would highly recommend STK.
