   The prices were very expensive they basically charge you for everything. The service was not the best server barely checked in. The restaurant wasn’t the cleanest. For the prices we are paying I expected the food to be better and for the services to be better. I will never come back here.

   We really enjoyed our dinner and the ambience was unbelievably amazing. Everything was top of the line. The perfect environment for me to propose to my fiancé. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

   I understand that it was Valentine’s Day weekend, but our experience at STK was disappointing. Our pasta was clearly reheated, and our lamb rack came out well done instead of medium rare. After a long wait for a replacement, the new lamb was blue rare, unexpectedly cut open, and covered in a sauce that wasn’t on the original dish. When we sent it back, they simply reheated the same chops, which came back lacking seasoning. Our server, Jay, was fantastic, but the kitchen’s inconsistency was frustrating. I’d love to give STK another try, but after this experience, I’m hesitant.

   Had not visited in a really long time and was excited but I must say I do not think I will be going back. Service, ambiance and cleanliness are not reflective of the prices they charge. First, the host couldn’t find my reservation so I had to pull it up on my phone and made me feel uncomfortable. It really seems like they try to cram in as many people as possible. The tables are so close to each other, my purse kept getting knocked off my chair by the staff and other guests. The waitress was rushing us to order right away to avoid “getting delayed“ whatever that means. She was attentive but clearly very new and had no concept of personal space and seemed frazzled and overwhelmed. The bar sent me the wrong drink. My vodka martini had a strong taste of bourbon, I imagine because the shaker had bourbon in it? It was literally orange looking which is not right. The DJ kept on experiencing technical difficulties. Worst of all, the bathrooms were not clean, toilet paper rolls were empty, the counters were wet and gross and there was water all over the floor. Steak and asparagus were good, my lobster pasta was mid, and the mac and cheese was completely flavorless. $450 and we were not pleased with our experience.

   Went for Valentines Day weekend and omg I am impressed. Steak was delicious. Mac & cheese was phenomenal, and cheesecake was 10/10. Will definitely be back.

   We made reservations 3 weeks in advance for the day after Valentines Day. We are from the suburbs and drove over an hour to go out. We were put in some dark back room with 5 other tables completely away from the ambiance that is STK. I’ve gone her numerous times in the past and love the main dining area but this was such a disappointment. The food was ehhh. We got the Cesar salad, burrata, wagyu beef fried rice and bone in filet. We ordered the filet medium and it came well done. Took almost 30 minutes to get our drinks refilled and the filet caused us to not eat together 😢. Horrible experience for a dinner I bought a new dress for and drove over an hour to get to.

   Never plan on dining there again . Food took so long to come . I change my order to be boxed to go. But once I looked at the short ribs I ordered, the was very disappointed. The beef rib was very dry , VERY little portion of mash potatoes. I also order the unchained passion drink , that too was disgusting. STK ruined our Valentine’s Day for sure .

   It wasn’t a good experience for me and my wife the service wasn’t good and it was over crowded I asked to sit in a specific place and they just ignored me this place use too be so great now it has really fallen too me ask to speak to a supervisor and was deny ended up having to cut the night short on a special night because of the experience.

    Hank was our server, in which he did a good job. The setting was just right, STK food is good but everything is overpriced. Nevertheless I enjoyed the night.
