    I would rate the steaks an eight. Brussel Sprouts 10, mushrooms a 7. Caesar Salad a 10, large enough to share. Short Ribs an 8. Dessert a 10. Be sure to use valet parking, self parking is expensive and not validated by restaurant. Very young adult oriented. Over all rating 8.

    Was there for newly wed dinner with my beautiful wife and our family and it was a 10 out of 10 every single thing was good love the appetizers was there during happy hour would recommend going there if you trying to have a good time STK has set a standard and I think a lot of other restaurants should take some notes, because nobody mine paying the price if it’s like that.

    My experience at STK was amazing. Our waiter Sam was exceptional. He was friendly and recommended amazing cocktails to us. He explained the menu and made jokes along the way. I will definitely return.

    We had an amazing time at STK Charlotte as we dine a lot at the other STK venues. Collin was amazing and he made sure to take care of us. We celebrated a bday and could not be more happy. Thank you to the wonder people.
