   Went for restaurant week and this place was busy. Took a second for us to get seated but all good as the food and service were great. Karla was very attentive and answered all our needs.

   Probably the worst experience I’ve had at STK before. Service was horrible and un attentive

   Food was pretty good. Not the best I’ve ever had but it was still good. The service was terrible. Didn’t get seated until 45 minutes after the reservations. No where to sit or wait except for in front of the door. Didn’t get served our drinks for a while. Super loud music. No steak knives to eat our steaks. No utensils to eat our desserts. Had to serve my own drinks. My wife never received the drink she ordered. Complained to the manager only to get a response that the server was new. I suppose they hire inexperience staff and we have to suffer and still pay full price. $495 for 2 adults and 2 kids and didn’t get a discount. Very unprofessional for this class of a restaurant. Will never return. Hope this review cost STK more money in the long run.

   We weren’t seated until 50 after our reservation. I don’t understand why? What is the point of making a reservation if it’s not going to be honored? Ambience was fun. They had a DJ playing popular tunes which made the wait a little more bearable. Drinks were good. Food was not. We ordered the Japanese A5 wagyu filets ($300 per steak) and it was so disappointing! I have never had such bad wagyu steak! We are from Chicago and we know our steaks. In fact, I don’t think it was wagyu meat at all. We ordered our steaks medium plus, which is a little pink in the middle but not well done. The steaks came out medium rare and were very chewy. They were not good at all. The sides were delicious and dessert was good. The tuna tartare appetizer was ok and the wedge salad was very good. We paid $1,000 for 4 people. I would never go back. Not worth it at all.

   My wife and I have been to STK all over the country and our only complaint is the lighting upstairs. We had to use our phone light to look at the Menu and so did the couple next to us. The little candle on the table is not enough light.

   We had a reservation for 915. We sat there for 35 minutes before getting our drinks and another 1plus before even getting our food.

   Overall good food. Only issue was how long (over an hour after being seated) it took for the food to come out. Expensive but good food.

   STK = FCK ✅restaurant vibe ❌seating right at bathroom downstairs ❌service was awful, took nearly 2 hours for food from order to at table ❌prices, way too high for the experience and quality ☑️food just ok at best. Probably the worst 80.00 steaks we ever had 💭💭💭 too many hood rats at the bar late night

   This was our first time there. I wanted this to be a great experience, but it was very underwhelming. The wait staff seemed inexperienced. My ribeye was cooked at the wrong temperature and a little tough. It was seasoned well though. We were given our sides with no serving spoons, so we were scooping up our sweet corn pudding with a fork. The waiter was nowhere to be found, so we couldn't request a spoon. Also he forgot everything once he left our table, so we just worked it out ourselves. We waited 30 minutes to get our order taken and then waited over an hour for the food, we were a table of two. We also waited another 30 minutes for our dessert. I had to request the bill three times. We were ready to go, the valet was waiting on us but the waiter forgot about us and never gave us the bill. I had to walk up to a manager and we were finally able to pay and leave. Like we were exhausted from this experience, I was begging to pay so we could leave. My date made the joke that it felt like we were being held hostage. Everyone seemed nice but the experience as a whole was awful. The tables near us were all complaining loudly, so it wasn't just us.
