Eggs benedict was disappointing. The eggs were over cooked, the sauce was dried out, and slice of ham was very small. The fruit plates were picked through and not refreshed, leaving melon and strawberries. The frenchtoast was dried out or soggy and lacked flavor. Mashed potatoes had a hard crust on top. Salmon lacked flavor and was served with no sauce. Steak was a better option on the buffet. Overall, very disappointed in the selection and quality of the food. Service was fantastic. Would not recommend when they have a buffet option.

There was a set menu and price for the New Year’s Eve reservation. Didn’t know that when I made the reservation, so a $1,000 dinner bill for 4 was a surprise! However it was a very nice experience with beautiful surroundings and superb service.

An incredible way to end 2024! We have been to WEC multiple times but have never eaten at Stirrups. It was a mistake to wait that long. From the cocktails to the main courses to the service, everything was top notch. It was a Chicago or New York worthy dining experience in central FL. I had high expectations and they over delivered.
