   We had dinner with friends before the Colorado Symphony and enjoyed the spectacular view of the lights in Civic Center Park and the City and County Building. The music in the restaurant was a little too loud for conversation. The squash and mushroom appetizers were delicious. The quail was a little too small to share, which we did. I wish there was another salad on the menu. I'm not a fan of radicchio. Our friends enjoyed the pork collar. The Mohawkan Old Fashioned packs a punch. Our server, Erin, was wonderful. Thank you for a memorable evening.

   The ambience and the views are a wonderful experience of Denver. The service is amazing, drinks were great, and overall the food was good. They are newer so I would give it another try for great food down the road when they get more time being open. The open kitchen is so unique, and I don't think there would be a bad seat.

   It is a beautiful place to see the holiday downtown lights on their outdoor patio. Inside, the restaurant and bar are a perfect place to bring friends or celebrate a special occasion. The cocktails were delicious. We will be back soon.

   Beautiful spot with great views of the city. We enjoyed a cocktail and an app. The beef tartare was pretty chewy and tough and not worth the price. The drinks were good. Service was great in terms of attentiveness but our server was kind of pushy and combative when we told him we only wanted to order the one food item. He seemed confused as to why we didnt order anything else.. it was almost 10pm and we had just come from a work party where we ate dinner. I thought it was pretty normal to sit down somewhere and just have a cocktail especially in a place like that. He was nice.. but just acted odd in moments. We would come back for drinks especially when its warmer out but the food doesnt seem worth it.

   I recently had the pleasure of staying at Stellar Jay, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The wonderful accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. Will definitely plan on coming back soon.

   Incredible new addition to the Denver food scene. Make sure to order the sweet potatoes and “thors hammer”’ steak!!

   A beautiful place for a celebration, which is what we did last night. A couple of notes: - It's a new restaurant, and service is still learning, I guess. Bar service downstairs in Pasque before supper was very slow (10-15 minutes to be served after ordering, and the place was far from full). - Server upstairs was very good, but the wine waiter was an amateur--he was hanging around the dining room but it took 10 minutes for him to see me gesturing and waving to bring another bottle. A pro would have been watching the room carefully and seen that immediately. - Took a long time to be seated at our table (7:45 res, seated well after 8:00), but I don't really blame the staff: a group of celebrating ladies decided to read Tarot cards at our table, and the poor staff had trouble gently kicking them out. Would there have been a better way to handle this? I don't know. Here's one idea, though: we were OK sitting and waiting at the chef's table, but it's odd to me that a manager didn't offer a free drink or some other recognition that we were waiting very patiently a long, long time. Something offered would have made us feel better, even though we knew it wasn't really your fault. - Another suggestion that would have been an easy way to make us feel good: the staff very clearly knew that it was my wife's birthday, and we were celebrating with our friends. I expected some small sweet item with a candle and a "Happy Birthday" wish, or some such--you weren't at all busy at that point, and it would have been easy to do. This kind of gesture is an easy way to make guests feel good. - By the way, our dinner server was very good--my compliments to her.
