   Great meal in a nice setting. Had some friends visiting from out of town and they absolutely loved it. The staff was great, and our waitress was excellent! If you want a great dining experience, you can’t go wrong with Steelbach.

   We’ve been a few times. The food, service, drinks, ambiance are always exceptional. We will be back. This time was to have a quiet dinner to step in our 18th year together. But we have also been with our kids who both appreciate perfectly prepared steak and like the mezze starter. This time we had the flat iron steak - cooked to perfection. The brussel sprouts are always a good choice - crispy, tender, just slightly sweet with maple syrup, a great flavor counterpoint to the savory steak - we also had the potato pave - the Steelbach answer to potatoes au gratin - but presented in a torte like slice. The ambience was the best this recent trip, with both fire places roaring. Thanks for a lovely evening. ❤️

   This was our first visit and we were pleased with everything! I will say when doing our research I was not aware they offered Brunch on Saturday and Sunday. We all needed to make adjustments to our meal but we were not disappointed at all. Even my 15yo granddaughter was pleased with the chicken club sandwich. We had the steak Sammie, burger, and French toast, it was all very good, great flavor, right temperature, and the service was excellent all around!

   The food and setting are terrific. Great cocktails. The service was great but too rushed. We were a party of 7 celebrating a birthday. We ordered a significant number of appetizers at the server’s suggestion. The appetizers were wonderful but the staff kept trying to take the unfinished items away and served the wine while we were still having cocktails. Menu is al a carte and server recommended a shared side for each person. The entrees were served and no sides came out. While everyone waited to eat, the once overly attentive staff could not be summoned. Halfway through the entrees some of the sides came. No real explanation was given and the manager we requested did not come by. The server removed the sides from the check which was still $1k. It was a lovely evening because we were celebrating. We have been before and this seemed like a one off. Will go again but will not allow ourselves to be rushed next time.

   Service was great. Nick was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations. Ambience was wonderful. Food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Will definitely go again.

   We were seated in a booth next to the bar. During our roughly 2 hour brunch, the bartender broke approximately five glasses, startling us each time. Given our proximity to the bar, we on two occasions had to ask the bartender for utensils or another item. He at no point responded to a thank you or uttered a single word. Our server, while very sweet, moved particularly slow. We really enjoy going here for brunch, but it seems like something goes wrong every time we go.

    Good experience at Steelbach! We sat at the bar first for a drink, and have to note that service there was spotty. We were basically ignored for prob 10 min. Head bartender once he realized this quickly rectified. But, once we were seated, our waitress Alex did an amazing job! She was friendly and prompt with everything. We shared the buffalo cauliflower app which was very good. For dinner, I had the grouper, which was served nice and hot and tasted great. Hubs had the fried chicken and said it was fantastic. We shared the Mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts (which were very tasty) with the other two guests at our table and there were still leftovers to take home! One of our guests had a steak, and he did say it was a bit undercooked but tasted great and he didn’t want to return it. We sat outside, and it was chilly, but they have heaters and that made it just perfect. It’s expensive, so that’s a consideration. Loved the live music and the general vibe at Armature Works is really nice. After dinner, a quick walk on the river walk to cap off a memorable evening!
