We will be back! Delicious healthy food, refreshing drinks, fair pricing, ambience was immaculate. Service was spectacular. Best dining experience in the Columbia Valley!

Wonderful ambience. Excellent cocktails. Interesting menu with potential. Ingredients were good. Sauces, which tie everything together, lacked creativity and subtlety. Overall, Great potential. We are looking forward to seeing how this wonderful spot develops.

The atmosphere in the Steamboat was excellent, as was the service. The wait staff was very efficient and friendly. The food arrived quickly and hot. We ordered smoked bison carpaccio which was tasty. The ribs were top notch but the burger was the worst one I've had in recent memory. The way beef patty was dry and flavorless as was the bun. I will certainly return but won't order another burger there.
