   Not being rude or anything I couldn’t understand what the waiter said and when we asked different waiters he talked over the waiter who helped us more to understand. Please don’t do that!! At my work you will get fired..

   We had ordered Tomahawk steak for the first time cooked to medium doneness. The taste of the meat is not as we expected. It edge of the steak has a burnt and squid taste, and the centre part is ok. The sauce pairing, mushrooms, peppercorns and wine sauce are all beautiful. Perhaps the Tomahawk is not suitable for our palate.

   Great steak! The rib eye was yum! Hard to get a steak coooked as specified. I like medium rare and it came as that. Most other restaurants almost always comes just a touch over. The pork ribs were a bit dry and coated with too much sauce for my liking. Food came out fast and good timing between entree and main. Attention to water refills was lacking. Perhaps happy for them to leave jug on table.. Overall a very enjoyable dinner. Will return

   This is our second visit - and again, Steak Ministry didn't disappoint. The 18-hour beef cheek melted in my mouth. I rail against the section of society who demonstrate against us omnivores. Continue with your choice of vegetarianism and / or veganism. Let's respect each other's choices. And the livelihood of dairy and cattle farmers too.

   Tomahawk steak was terrible. “Steak ministry” it’s offensive to the actual tomahawk steak. I have eaten steaks around the world. The Tomahawk steak is 4/10 and the sides were average. However, service was good.

   A staff member gave a wrong knife for steak. I had to ask other staff to change the knife to cut my steak.

   I went with my partner expecting to pay a lot for a quality experience. I was met with an offering of a F1 wagu porterhouse and Scotch fillet at $85 and $90. I think what they did was then serve us a cheap steak from Coles or Woolworths that I could have cooked better at home, thinking we wouldn’t notice or questIon it. When it was raised, they did give us a free desert but that also was very disappointing. My partner then went to the ladies where the toilets and sink had been clogged with used toilet paper. To give a comparison, I’ve been to hunter and barrel or meat wine co before and would say it’s a nicer restaurant, better steaks, cheaper price, and cleaner toilets. I’m not saying hunter and barrel or meat wine co is the best, there’s many other much better, but this place isn’t even on the same level as them and their prices should be dramatically lowered accordingly.

   Excellent service. The manager was very accomodating of our requests, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I will most definitely be back. Food was delicious and the vibe was great. Would recommend.
