   Wonderful experience. Great service,, amazing food, cool ambiance. We had a family of 5, who all had steak and drinks, so it was costly for us; but with it. The filet and strips were done to perfection and were delicious. The beef tallow candle on the bread - first time for us seeing this and eating it- so good!

   Exquisite atmosphere and the roast beef was devine along with the beautiful rolls that were perfectly salted and moistened with beef tallow, butter and herbs. What a beautiful symphony of flavors that danced in such harmony. 10/10 will do it again.

   I was so excited to check out the new steak and bourbon in downtown Louisville. Now I am just as excited for my next visit. The food delicious the service superb, the general manager even touched the table, he was very kind inquiring to ensure that we were satisfied. I was entertaining guests from out of town and they were very impressed. If you have not dined at steak and bourbon., You should definitely check it out so you will not be disappointed.

   Stepping into the new Downtown Steak & Bourbon felt like being whisked away to an elegant New York or Chicago steakhouse. The place exudes the timeless glamour of Sinatra and Monroe, unlike anywhere else in Louisville. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with live jazz music creating the perfect backdrop for a menu that impressed without breaking the bank. In one word: WOW!!! Make the DOUBLE WOW!!!! A big thank you to Fernando, Rick, and the OLÉ Hospitality Group for bringing the Chicago steakhouse vibe and an outstanding dining experience to Louisville.

   It was such a wonderful experience from the time we walked in the door. Everyone was so Friendly and made us feel welcome. Then we met our server, Alex and she was amazing, so informative and never rushed us. She answered our questions and explained things on the menu. You could tell she loves her job and the food she serves. As for the drinks and food they were amazing too!! The best food we have had in a while. We live north of Indy but will probably come back down to have dinner!!

   The food and service were phenomenal, however, and unfortunately, we were sat near the door, which has a very small waiting area. Due to that it got pretty crowded and loud otherwise we would’ve stayed for another round of drinks.
