My family’s (7 of us) traditional Christmas Eve Eve dinner was as always exemplary at Steak 48. Charles our waiter went out of his way to make everything special.

Frustrated that some leftovers didn’t make it home. Most of a lobster tail was on the plate to be packed up along with the steak. Lobster wasn’t saved in the box. Server needs to be better informed on classic cocktails. When they aren’t familiar, check with the bar staff before asking the guest how to make the drink.

I cannot remember the lady manager working on 12/23 at 4:30, but absolutely amazing. She was exceptional and very attentive to the patrons of the restaurant. Inessa and the server assistant were phenomenal. It was my first time visiting but I will definitely be back because their customer service was excellent!!!
