Starlite is San Diego's hidden gem featuring hard-to-find spirits, local food & unique cocktails.

Starlite "cooks with a conscience". We use as much local product as possible.

Locally grown vegetables: About 90% of Starlite's produce is locally and/or organically grown.

Meat from animals (in as many cases as possible) that have been responsibly raised without the use of hormones.

Seafood that is, in majority, regionally and/or sustainably harvested.

We never got seated at a table after making this reservation. The staff was rude and impatient and the $15 drinks we were served standing were undrinkable. The staff did not attempt to seat us and refused to fix our drinks that were missing ingredients. We will never go back here again.

What a special treat to spend New Year’s Eve at the iconic Starlite on their last night of service before the remodel. It is evident by the team’s commitment to the entire experience from greeting to the inventive cocktails to the carefully crafted dinner, there is a lot of love in this house. May the grooviness, the vibe, the bar design and the whole front area remain and come roaring back when they re-launch. Can’t wait. Cheers to Starlite!

The food was delicious, the service was great until it got busy but we don't blame them for that at all. The tricky part was how dark it was and how loud the music was. They actually turned the music up during our dinner and we could barely hear each other, sitting side by side.
