This is a wonderful restaurant! Their noodles are handmade and excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the service. This is one of the best restaurants on the island and is one of the best values on the island. We will be back again and again!!

Delicious good. The eggplant was spectacular as was the yakitori. The garlic noodles were good but not excellent. Every server was excellent and of course the view of the water and boats was gorgeous

Star Noodle has been our favorite special night out on Maui for years. We’ve loved seeing it grow into its third location. The food is always consistently delicious and the servers are friendly and fun. I only wish they were still making ice cream!

We always make it a point to eat at Star Noodle when we come to Maui. It never disappoints. We had miso butter fish, short ribs, and the vegetarian version of the Vietnamese crepe. Everything delicious. We were there for dinner after it was dark, so while we couldn’t enjoy the beachfront views, we could hear the waves crashing. So relieved this happening spot survived the fire.

Andy our waiter was absolutely wonderful, very kind and charming. He seemed very experienced and attentive. Our food was okay…..it all came out warm, but lacked a bit of flavor. I would to have liked to have a bit more spice and umami flavor. All in all it was good but not great.
