   Food was excellent as was the service. If the noise was less and if the location was not near the highway it would be perfect. The delicious food made it an experience that we would return for. So good!!

   We had the most incredible dining experience here—a truly magical evening shared with our two young kids and a dear friend. We visited on a Saturday for the pre-fixe menu, and every dish, down to the finest detail, was an absolute delight. The flavors were exquisite, each bite bursting with care and creativity. What made the night even more special was the warmth of the staff. They were not only incredibly attentive and kind but also so wonderful with our children. Our son had an absolute blast searching for the hidden fairy doors scattered throughout the restaurant—perhaps one day we’ll return to find all 13! The children’s menu was thoughtfully crafted, and our little ones savored the perfectly cooked, delectable chicken. The ambiance was both beautiful and inviting, with an open kitchen that showcased a team that clearly takes joy in their craft. It was inspiring to see such camaraderie among the staff, and we especially appreciated the multilingual team that made the experience feel even more welcoming. This restaurant is a true gem—artful, bright, and full of joy. We left with full hearts and happy memories, already looking forward to our next visit!

   Tha best Crudo around. The grilled Bibb lettuce was really good. The Opakapaka was superb! Alisha was wonderful as usual!

    I learned about Spoon & Key Market from a posting on Reddit for the best fine dining experiences in Maui. It was unanimous that the Fri. and Sat. night pre fixe menu at the Spoon & Key is the best on the island, and I'd have to agree. The 5 course menu we tasted this weekend was perfect in design and execution - there were 11 different dishes served throughout, each one distinctive, playful, fresh and delicious ("bumpy lemon" is my new favorite ingredient). The chef is very talented and the staff (especially our server Lizbeth) were all impressive and fun. But the Spoon & Key Market is much more than a dinner spot, they serve an amazing variety of delicious dishes for breakfast and lunch. The breakfast hash is brilliant, sitting in a bed of aioli with wilted kale, and needs no added protein. The baked goods are fresh made in house. Everything at Spoon & Key Market is exceptional - including their staff.
